Rose:

Classes were pretty uneventful, which was fantastic in my opinion. Gave me a break, I could be alone with my thoughts to sort out everything. Of course I got asked what was up by Percy and Jason (Gods on Olympus those boys know me well!) and I quickly replied that I just wanted to focus on class.

Finally the end of the day came and I stood outside of my dorm holding my backpack, waiting for somebody to pick me up. So it surprise me when Jace rolled up in his motorcycle. “Dean was busy?” I asked him, and he shook his head. “I wanted to come. Now let’s go.” I sighed and slung my backpack over my back. “Alright.” i replied, hopping on behind him.

The ride was quiet, it’s not like we could talk even if we wanted to, the wind was too loud.

We apparently were going to The Thorn and Jace hopped off, “Be warned, Peter’s gorgeous sister is inside.” I raised an eyebrow, “Two things, one, he has a sister? Two, why did you-” I was about to ask him why he called her gorgeous then I remembered we just had a fight and it probably wasn’t good to play the jealous girlfriend card. He looked at me with his blue eyes, “What’s the second thing?” “Nothing.” I huffed, climbing off the motorcycle and walked in.

Just like he’d warned me, one of the most beautiful girls I’ve ever seen was standing behind the counter. She made me feel like a hobo next to the Queen of England! Her brown hair was tucked behind an ear and she had green eyes, and was minding her own business.

I must’ve been staring for a long time because she looked up, “Hello.” she said with a breathtaking smile. “Um…hi.” I replied, “So you’re Peter’s sister?” I asked her, walking over and she nodded, “Yeah, Sarah, and you are?” “Rose, Rose Marie. I guess you’re my sister in law.” I told her, holding out my hand (what? I’m trying to be civil!) She shook it. “You’re Tinkerbell’s sister?” “Yeah, it’s complicated but basically that’s the jist of it.” I said with a shrug and Jace walked in. His gaze lingering a little longer on her than I’d like.

“Well, I guess you’ve already introduced yourselves to each other.” he said with a laugh and I  nodded, “Yes, we have.” I told him coldly. “Nice meeting you.” I told Sarah as I walked upstairs.

She was nice but I just felt like she was me 2.0, she was way prettier, her hair was better, her eyes were nicer, she held herself with more confidence, and was a nicer person by far. I could tell that just by the brief conversation.

Jace put a hand on my shoulder as we walked up the stairs. “You seem upset.” “I’m not upset.” I replied, rolling my eyes as I continued to walk, and finally I got up the stupid stairs.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban was playing halfway through when I got up there.

They, Tink and Peter,  were arguing. “So you never mention her to me?!” she whisper yelled because she was holding Samantha. I knocked on the wall so I wouldn’t startle them. “Just wanted to let you know I’m back. Continue arguing by all means, don’t let me interrupt.”

Actually I kind of did, me and Jace fighting were one thing, Tink and Peter was another. They were married now, with kids! I didn’t like it when married couple fight it honestly made me sad, so of course I’m going to try and stop my sister and her husband fighting. Somehow I figured this was about Sarah.

“Oh...hey Rose.” Tink said and I gave her a half wave before heading into the kitchen to grab a water. When I got back I walked over to Peter, “You want me to hold Nathan for a little bit?” Peter nodded and I gently took Nathan from him before walking back to the kitchen and sitting down.

He woke up and looked at me, I smiled. “Hey Nath,” I whispered tickling him, he laughed and I felt my heart melt. I may not have said this before but I love babies, especially when they laugh. He laughed some more and I stopped.
