"Are you ready?"

Soobin nodded and walked out of the room, following his husband, Yeonjun. They sat in their car and drove to the party.

Soobin and Yeonjun have been married for over a year now. It was an arranged marriage and both of them were happy and satisfied with it. Soobin just wished Yeonjun wasn't cold and talked to him more frankly.

They never talked unless it was necessary. Yeonjun on the other hand, wished he had the courage to tell Soobin how pretty he looked every morning, how caring he was and how he was grateful to have him.

Both of them cherished each other but didn't show it. They reached the venue and got out of the car. Yeonjun waited for Soobin and extended his arm for him so they could link them. Soobin hesitated but still held onto it, blushing.

Yeonjun screamed internally, proud of himself. They walked inside and met their friends. They sat together, having drinks and snacks while watching the huge dancing crowd.

"Hey.. isn't that your ex?"

Beomgyu asked Soobin while pointing at a man. Soobin nodded and watched the man dance with another person, who was probably his new boyfriend.

"I heard that those two got married and they even have a child"

Soobin scoffed in disbelief. He couldn't believe that a lying scumbag like him could also marry and make his own family. Yeonjun who was sitting beside Soobin, could hear everything but he didn't react to it.

He knew Soobin had been in a relationship before and also that it didn't end well but he didn't care. Soobin was his now.

"I'll go to the washroom"

Soobin said, standing up and leaving the table. Yeonjun noticed Soobin's ex going to the washroom too and stood up.

"I'll use the washroom too"

Beomgyu just nodded, chatting with other friends. Soobin washed his hands and turned around to see Seonwoo.

"Long time no see"

"Yeah..."

"How are you?"

"I'm f-fine... And you?"

"I'm doing good.. You see.. I got married to the love of my life and we now have a beautiful baby boy too.."

"Oh.. congratu-"

"What about you? Your husband looks scary af.. I bet you don't even talk"

Soobin was so enraged on hearing that. He clenched his fist.

"Have you even kissed?"

"Why won't we?? We're literally married and who said he's scary.. he might look like that to others but to me he's the sweetest and kindest person ever.. he sometimes fails to express it but I can feel his love and care towards me and I love him a lot too so please think before you judge others!"

"Damn okay... fine.. why are you explaining all that to me"
