The last month was a roller coaster ride for Neil,  first, he is been sick, so sick that his brother was about to admit him to the hospital,  but thankfully it was getting better before that because her sister in law took care of him, non stop for almost 2 days, result in he did get better and eventually his mother also get to know about his condition, means she also been at his disposal despite not feeling good herself, but that's mother love, will go to any depth.

After Neil got back to 100 percent health, Abhimanyu hooked him up with the anti-addiction program,  which did help Neil a little,  he is not consuming it in large sums, and for his nightmare,  Abhimanyu booked him some private sessions with their hospital therapist,  instead of hospital Neil has to go dr home, well truth is, Dr couldn't help him, he still having those, so sometimes he has to consume alcohol and for some days his therapist suggested him sleeping pills, which he avoids mostly,  because he is aware of the depth of its addiction, no matter what it eventually going to be your habit.

Neil eventually joined the hospital as soon as he gets better, he is thankful that sir didn't throw many fits, but the thing is, as Neil now takes an early night off, he can wake up just on time, so giving sir less to complain about, but Harshvardhan being Harshvardhan would eventually find his way to taunt Neil,  which doesn't anger him as much it used to because,  he is learning a new term, detachment to the things or feelings which eventually going to hurt you, this is something he is learning in therapy, it's helping Neil in growing up and moving forward
Not that this detachment is limited to sir only, it's also for aarohi too, they haven't had a talk in private since that morning, their last interaction was that kiss, since then they have worked in the same room, and avoiding each other as much as possible,  only acknowledge in front of others so it's not awkward for others, and yeah they had to interact for work, they did but always in presence of others, not that both wanted to avoid each, especially not Neil but he is being respectful to her wishes, he is been giving her space until she is ready to talk.

On the other hand, aarohi is genuinely giving it try this time, she eventually joined the therapy, and she asked Abhimanyu if she can join it privately, so yeah she is been in therapy for 3 weeks now, not that it bring any drastic change into her behavior,  but she is now able to open a little with her therapist,  actually she becomes friends with her therapist,  they candidly speak sometimes,  and that helped aarohi,  nor that she is more opening to her but her relationship with food is being bit better, and so with sleep,  nor that she can sleep on her own, she is still taking medicine,  but not daily now, she can skip a day in between and instead of that, she is doing some activities doctor suggested to do instead of taking sleep, she is been doing that,  it helped her, slowly and steady, aarohi is taking a step towards accepting that she needs help and can get better.

It's been a month since aarohi asked her bade papa get a doctor guy for her to get married since then she is been waiting for her bade papa to <come with one, but it's been silent from him on that topic, and aarohi asked him, she thinks bade papa taking her request too seriously,  getting her the best Dr will take time, and she can wait that much, how ironic,  she is waiting for her bade papa come with a rich but not ready to meet a boy yet, let see what been a store on her destiny.

Initially, Abhimanyu is on a hot trail of aarohi,  he is been tracking her each move for 1 month, but either she is been very cautious, or this is all in Abhimanyu's head, but Abhimanyu thinks about Neil's behavior around her, whenever he is in presence of aarohi these days, he doesn't talk or tease her, which Neil used to do ever time since he knows Neil.

The point is that aarohi doesn't give any vibe like they were involved in anything,  but Neil gives almost everything in that case, when Abhimanyu asked Neil for his phone, so he can take it to a mobile repair shop since it was bruised badly, but quickly said no,  he said he will take it by himself,  wherever he feels better, that was like 1 month ago talk, in between time to time, whenever Abhimanyu asked for Neil phones, he rarely gives him, always ready with excuses, one time Abhimanyu almost got an unlocked Neil's phone, but before he can open any messages between him and aarohi or gallery,  Neil instantly came there, and he needs his phone urgently,  Abhimanyu did ask what were you hiding so bad in his phone that he needs to put a lock on an app like a gallery to which Neil just laugh it off.
