48. FOUNDER'S DAY

The last past month for Neil and Aarohi passed like a blur, both are busy in their life as well as keeping this newfound friendship between them, it sucks for both of them to stay away from each other but amongst the craziness they did, there are several near misses between them especially when they both working under the same roof, some moments almost caught them that off guard but constant eyes of both Akshara and Abhimanyu kept them at bay, thinking about them is helpful to stay in their lane yet somehow they are closer than before.

They both found clamless in their newfound  friendship, they tried to be friends before but this time this is different, it's hard for both of them to pretend they don't care about each other so they name it friendship to avoid any issues, they are working well till now

Neil is been found sitting with the interns, mostly during the evening coffee break they all got together in the cafeteria, otherwise, whenever Neil gets time he hangs out with other interns in their common room, well Neil isn't the person who doesn't enjoy new friends and company but this is all for aarohi now this time it's only her he thinks about, so he can be close to her and keep an eye on her and keep her safe from herself, they don't usually lunch together because neil lunch is mostly happen with his family and Aarohi’s is with fellow interns but he asks her about that it's her or other interns but Neil is keeping up with her schedule whether it's her sleeping, eating or postings, Neil is keeping himself in the loop.

They constantly text each other whenever they get time, and that's how they decide whose turn is this weekend to be in the apartment and take care of things there, Aarohi doesn't know this but Neil daily visit the apartment, according to her they both take turns on keeping up with the apartment chores and all, they recently started this new tradition there, well it's aarohi who did it accidentally, she put a post-it note on the corridor wall writing the things they ran out of, and then Neil did the same, and this keeps going on, the yellow color is for Neil message and blue is for aarohi, the corridor empty wall is now filling up with little post-it notes, it's kinda cute if a third person looks into it.

Aarohi thought bade papa has forget about her marriage thing because it's been so long since she told him her wish of getting married and he didn't come across with some good rishta for her,but she is wrong bade papa working constantly under the wrap for that only,finding a perfect match for her most intelligent and ambitious daughter is way harder than her thought, after weighing a lot of options he gave list of five potential  doctors who is interested to get married to aarohi and advise her to think it though and take decision with open mind and if possible don't take it alone ,discuss it with the people she trusts and feel comfortable talking about this, what manish Goenka mean is discuss with her brothers kairav or vansh possibly with her sister too but aarohi had someone else in her mind , not that she doesn't trust her sibling but she decides she will ask thoughts on those with  their brothers later but first she needs to discuss it to the only person who is occupying her mind these days ,alot more than she let on ,of course she will ask him if he is comfortable with it or not .

Neil doesn't know why aarohi asked him to choose the correct groom for her, like what she was thinking Neil just couldn't deny Aarohi's request to say yes, but regretted it immediately, as much he like to pretend that this is OK, the friendship between them after what their history was is okay, he can't especially when he has weighed in the opinion about the potential partners of her in future, the one he will lose his love too, the one who will kiss his love, touches her the way Neil wanted to do, feel her the way Neil is dying to do, and love her the way Neil does, but what worst is aarohi love him the Neil wanted her to love him.

Neil  would be lying If he says he is doing good, it's very hard for him to pretend, especially earlier this month when he thought of himself as some kind of monster because of his thoughts, which only consisted of aarohi whenever he is near her, like all he could think about how he missed her touch, every part of her body is alluring him to touch
Her in the way he liked, he wanted to grab her kiss her until both can't breathe, it was almost impossible for Neil to control himself even in a room full of people, sometimes it was very evident how much she affects him.
It gets easier with time not that her effect on Neil is reduced infect it did intensify but Neil is good at hiding, he keeps himself rather busy thinking more about her except when she came in front of him, and other times he becomes good at hiding.
