I arrived at my parent's home after a long flight. I didn't feel the long period tho as I slept most of the time. I immediately took out my phone and decided to text John and the other two since I didn't get to say goodbye to them before going minus John of course.

Me: "I had just arrived home."

Grey: "Oh, cool we are in class now."

Ashlyn: "Oh look princess Seraphina is texting us now after leaving without saying goodbye -_-:

Me: "Sorry Ashlyn, but I didn't have enough time."

Ashlyn: "It's ok, I'm just kidding."

Me: "Lol, where is John?"

Grey: "His phone got shish kabobed. 💀"

Me: "Oh, did someone break it?"

Ashlyn: "Yup, two mid-tier lackeys did it."

Grey: "Well, at least we can have a break from his typos. 💀"

Me: "Lol, Anyways I'm gonna sleep a while I'm still tired even after sleeping a lot on the plane."

Ashlyn: "Ok have a nice sleep."

Grey: "Lol, I hope you dream of a giant cyclops trying to eat you."

Ashlyn: "what the fuck?"

Grey: "Nothing, bye."

I turned off my phone and went to bed to rest for a while. I put my head on the pillow and drifted to sleep.

[A/N] I'll change some of the names of some places because I dont know what their original names are.

I was walking through Schnitzel hall while thinking about what should I do next concerning John. Suddenly I bumped into someone he fell on the ground and I looked at him. It was John, "Speak of the devil." I thought I extended my hand to help him up.

He took my hand and decided to talk. "Hey, um thanks for helping." He said. "Whatever, just be careful next time," I replied as I went off. I don't want to seem out of character so he doesn't feel that something is off if I want to fool him. A high tier never speaks kindly to people lower than him, so trying to seem friendly would be a bad option.

I smirked as I walked farther away.

I was walking in one of the halls with Terrence or Arthur now I'm still not used to his new name as Terrence was a bit more catchy but anyways as we were walking Arthur started to talk. "Hey, Ashlyn." He said. "Yeah?" I replied. "Do you think we can destroy Orrin?" He asked. I just laughed at his worry. "Dear, me and Grey are two of the most powerful people in the entire world, even with all their technological bullshit, we can destroy them but we have to calculate every step we make carefully and that is what I'm best at," I said with a smile.

"Well, aren't you just being cocky?" He said with a deadpan look on his face. I chuckled, "You can call it what you want." I replied. We continued to walk until I saw through a window, a group of kids gathering on John. John seemed to be pissed off as he took one of the kids who were ganging up on him and broke his arm. He usually tries to hide it but even tho we are his friends, without Seraphina, he isn't in his best state Seraphina was the one keeping him from exposing his ability for that long, her existence made things more bearable to him. But now with her gone, even for a while, he might not be able to take everything as easy as he did before and I was right. His eyes started to glow but after that, a look of what seemed like shock appeared on his face and he suddenly deactivated his ability again, I didn't get to read his aura as he was far away and the kids started to attack him, I was Irritated, but before I was about to jump off the window and go destroy these fuckers I saw a barrier surrounding John and a boy with blond hair walked toward him supposedly saving him from the bullies, he was the school's king Arlo that my brother defeated a while ago, My suspicion started to rise as I had to see what is Arlo up to.

"Did you notice that? John's eyes were glowing." Arthur said. I remembered that Arthur doesn't know anything about John's ability yet. "Yes, John does have an ability," I said to him. "But I never saw him use it?" He replied. "Well he has his reasons, we figured it out after you followed us that day. but he didn't tell us about it and when Grey confronted him he refused to talk so Grey decided to not push him any further as if he had wanted to tell us anything he would have already done so." I said, Arthur just nodded as we walked away. "Arthur, can I ask you something," I said to him. "Yeah, you can." He replied.

"I want you to use your ability to follow Arlo and find out what he is planning, he is plotting something against John, I still don't know what it is, but it is something terrible," I said. "Alright, that's what I'm best at anyway." He replied with a light smile. Arthur was still not used to living with us but he is starting to open up to us little by little. I gave him a hug and thanked him, "Told you to warn me before doing that." He said and I just laughed as we went off to our classes.

After I blacked out from these fuckers attacking me, I had a horrible nightmare reminding me of how fucked up of a person I was. but I woke up and found that a blond-haired boy whom I knew his name was Arlo was sitting next to me. I tried to punch him since I wasn't thinking clearly because of the nightmare I had. but the hit didn't do a thing against him, it's as if his body was made of rock apparently that's his passive as it was superhuman and he wasn't activating his ability. "You really need to think before you act." He said before he left.

"I fucked up again huh." I thought as I watched him go.
