My face is pale. My mind is in a state of shock as I see the face of a man who was once my partner and my friend. Various thoughts kept invading my mind. What did they do to him? Is he still alive? or was he even alive to begin with? Remi on the other hand just fell to her knees. She couldn't even look at him. His face was soulless. His eyes are dull like a clear ocean at night. The light in his golden brown eyes keeps going dimmer by the second. I couldn't move. After a while, I heard a noise coming from behind me. It was Blyke and Isen. They both had seen Rei's face. They tried to say anything to Remi in order to ease her pain but to no avail. Her mind was in deep shock she couldn't believe she could see his face again. Especially in this situation.

I stepped closer to Rei's dying body. He had deep cuts from our hits alongside the burns coming from the high heat produced by his lightning. I needed to keep a clear mind. I took a deep sigh and channeled my aura to my hands activating the Wellston's healer ability with full power. 

"I won't let you die here Rei... Hopefully." I start scanning his body from top to bottom. Luckily he had no internal injuries. But his exterior was in a deep mess. Cuts all over his body alongside some burns. I had to do something quickly before he got an infection. I checked his heart rate, which was also in a deep mess. But he was alive. And that was enough hope for me.

It took me somewhat long before I could fully heal him. As I wasn't in my right mind... I couldn't believe that Rei is alive. And that mask... it looks so weird. As if it produces some sort of waves. these waves might be the trick they used in order to control him. But... how? I still need to research it.

Suddenly. I see a shadow-like structure moving so fast to my behind. Thrusting noises were heard along with a scream of pain, I instantly hear a loud scream of pain. I look behind me. Blyke... standing in front of Remi as Isen holds her close. Blyke's mouth dripped blood. His abdomen was penetrated by flame claws as the claws come out of his back. I look to the person responsible for this... It was the same woman that I paralyzed her. She managed to regain control. 

I grit my teeth as she pulled her flame claws out of his stomach. He fell down completely unconscious. After that... I couldn't see the world around me. It was as If something clicked. These people are not humans... They are monsters. 

I walk toward her. My eyes glowed deep black and white. A mixture of rage and hatred could be seen on my face as this woman... No... this monster stood before me. She was nervous... extremely nervous. She tried to escape but I conjure black electrocuted vines that penetrates her left thigh, Making her stumble and fall on her face. She tries to get up but to no avail, as I get closer. My right hand changed into a mixture of flame claws with infused lightning. I could hear Isen's cries, making me angrier as I speed towards her. She kept trying to move back helplessly. 

"I am a high-ranking Ember agent... You know what will happen if you lay a hand on me?" She says her voice trembling. "IF YOU DARE TO STRIKE ME, EMBER WILL MAKE SURE THAT YOU AND THOSE CLOSE TO YOU SUFFER THE WORST FATE POSSIBLE." She screamed more and more trying to escape me. I grab her head and my flame claws burn her face as she screams in pain. hitting my hand with both of her hands. But to no avail. I increase the heat as her noise went silent. All life was gone from her. I release her from my grip... Looking at my hands now I've... killed again... Not that I was not ready to kill... but it leaves a mark... A horrible mark... but these people deserved it... I cannot stop until this entire system is fallen to the ground... I started laughing. I had the power to do it... I can do anything I desire. If a high-ranking Agent didn't even last against me... what could they really do... "Grey..." I hear a voice behind me knocking me out of this state of madness. It was Rei... 

Somehow he had regained his consciousness. I ran towards him. "R..rei? Are you alive? Are you okay?" I say to him as he keeps coughing. "What are you doing Grey? help the boy!" He says to me as I remember Blyke who is still laying down bleeding. I nod quickly and rush towards Blyke.

Taking him out of Isen's arms and examining his body thoroughly. His internal organs near the abdomen were badly injured and burnt. But I didn't lose all hope... I can save him. However. As I heal him. I feel like his body is already healing itself. Did it have something to do with his ability? I kept healing him along with his body self healing ability. After a long half an hour. I managed to heal all of his injured internal organs. Without his abilities nature. I might have not been able to save him. I lost myself in the madness. He could have died because of me. I stood up... 

Remi was unconscious after crying a lot. Isen was still grabbing Blyke's clothes crying tears of joy as his friend is saved. Rei managed to stand up but he was going to stumble So I let him lay on my shoulder to help him stand. "Rei... I have a lot of questions but before that... You need rest." I look at the woman's dead corpse and I lift my hand towards her. "I hope you rot in hell..." I say as I blow up the area completely erasing her body and leaving nothing but ashes.

"Let's go..." I say before we leave this place.
