I was sitting on the sofa in the new place that Grey rented, it wasn't very fancy like the old place but it was fine. I took a day off of school to adjust somethings in the house because Grey and Ashlyn were busy to do it and now I finished all the work and it seems cool. Suddenly I hear the door open.

I look to see who it is, it's Ashlyn she came back from school and she doesn't seem happy. "Uh, Ashlyn? Are you okay?" I asked her as I put my hand on her shoulder. "I had an argument with Grey, he wants to go back to being a vigilante because Remi asked him to come with her." Ashlyn said.

I raised an eyebrow. "Go back?" Does that mean he was a vigilante before? "What do you mean go back?" I asked. "Grey, was a vigilante for the last two years and he stopped when we came to Wellston because I convinced him it was a bad idea and he should focus on his personal life more." Ashlyn said as she sat on the sofa looking frustrated. "But why are you so scared? Grey is the strongest person I had ever seen." I asked.

"I don't care if Grey is strong! I want him to live a normal life! Grey isn't like any of us he... after what happened he changed." Ashlyn said. I asked her about what she meant and her reply shocked me. I never thought that Grey would have that kind of history and he killed someone before and those readjustment classes. It makes sense now the ability he has that made him dig into my memories.. it all makes sense.

Ashlyn began to cry a little as I tried my best to comfort her.

[The Mall]

"Hey, Grey tell me something, how strong are you?" The red hair known as Blyke asked me. "Um, why do you ask?" I replied. "Maybe he is curious?" Isen said as he giggled at his friend.

"I just want to know, since you never fought a royal and you don't seem keen on getting into the hierarchy system by any means, so I was just curious as Isen out it." Blyke said as punched Isen in the shoulder.

"Well, I'm not that comfortable going around saying,"Oh hello um I'm really strong and I can whoop your ass." So yeah." I replied. The answer didn't seem to satisfy him but he shrugged it off. Remi who was silently hearing the conversation decided to talk.

"Hey! Look there and ability gauge booth! Let's go check it out." Remi said this qs my face changed as I suddenly remembered that this mall was the place Seraphina got her stuffed bear from and that he is connected to specter. I didn't know what to say, however I went with the flow and saw if I could capture him like I did with Terrence.

They walked there and gave me the best demonic look they could give, they held my hand and gave it to the booth guy before I could react. "Dammit!" I thought as I bit my lip, the booth guy's eyes widened as he guaged my level.

"Amazing Sir! You are an 8.7!" The booth guy said as Remi, Blyke and Isen's jaws opened from shock. "This is why I never tell anybody my level." I thought as I gave a deep sigh.

"Take this prize sir!" The booth guy said as he handed me a stuffed bear, Remi's face had a weirded look as she took it from his hands. "Why does this has a chip inside it?" Remi said as she teared it, "I don't know what you are talking about.." the booth guy said, Isen activated his ability. "He is lying." Isen said. The booth guy's face was shocked as some smoke appeared, I activated my ability and used Isen's ability to scan the area and I found him. My hand transformed into a giant black hand and I caught him before he could escape, I used Rei's ability to electricute him as he passed out. I released him and I used Emma's ability to create shock waves to clear the smock.

The authorities came and took the guy, I found it useless to capture him as he wouldn't give me any new information. "That was AWESOME!" Blyke said. "Yeah! How did you do that!" Remi said. I gave a deep sigh as I had to tell them about my ability if I will help them.

We left the mall and I decided to talk. "My ability allows me to see and copy auras as well as combining auras and creating new abilities. I can use up to 7 abilities. Also I can amplify the abilities I use by increasing the aura intensity by 1.5x." I said, their jaws slacked but Isen had a shocked look on his face as if he had connected some dots. I ignored it however as they kept asking me a lot of questions to which I answered as we finally parted ways.

I arrived at the new place I rented and found Ashlyn looking at me with an angered look. "Hey, you still angry about the little argument we had this morning?" I asked. She gave me a nod as she sat on the sofa.

Arthur came in and sat with her both giving me the death stare. I asked Emma to bring us something to eat as I tried to convince them that I'll be ok.
