The bell rang indicating the end of the school period. I look at Ashlyn who was sitting next to me. "You sure you don't want to come with us?" I ask. "Nope, never, not gonna happen." She responds. "You could have said it once." I say giving her a deadpan look. "I'd rather spend time with a cockroach than her. You know how crazy she is. Besides, I hate her guts." Ashlyn says. "Okay... Suit yourself sis. What about you Arthur? Would like to come with me?" I ask. "Eh... I'd like to stay with Ashlyn. I'm not the best at dealing with new people... Especially crazy ones." Arthur replies.

"It's settled then. I'll go to Remi's house and take Rei with me so she can inspect him. I hope he'll be okay, From my experience. His inability to move properly is because of the intense Aura increase that happened. The amplifiers doubled his aura. Which was too much for his body. But we have to make sure there is nothing else wrong with him." I say. "Good luck then." Ashlyn says.

After that. I drive to Remi's house. Luckily I easily found a place to park the car. I knock on the door, On opening her eyes widen. "Grey? What are you doing here? How did you even find my house?" She asks. "Oh... About that.. I uh... Kinda have an ability that can allow me to stalk people... It's more of a location indicating ability. Think of it as a super version of Isen's hunter ability. Anyways.. I want Rei to come with me." I say. "You are going to that Sophie girl?" She asks. "Yup, she is very knowledgeable in these stuff. She is the only one who can figure out the main problem... He should be okay but I still need to make sure." I reply.

And with that Rei and Remi gets into my car after a Remi decided to come along because she likes to meet new people. And also she is worried about her brother. "Your car is so big Grey. Are you some kind of rich batman-like guy?" Remi asks, Astonished by my car. Rei bursts out laughing. "B...batman? Oh my god... I just imagined you Grey riding a batmobile." Rei says with tears in his eyes as he puts his hands on his stomach. "Ugh.. my stomach hurts from all this laughing." Rei grunts as I simply roll my eyes. "Yeah yeah I'm batman." I say.

The trip to Sophie's house wasn't too long as her house is not too far away from Wellston's college. As we arrive their to my surprise I find a parking place easily again thinking something must be wrong with my luck today but I shrug it off. We knock on the giant metal door as a maid comes out and asks. "Who is there?" The maid's voice seemed suspicious as if no one visits this house. "I'm Grey. A friend of Sophie." I reply coldly. "I see, you are friends with Sophie? Well you may come inside." She says as the giant metal door splits open letting us get a view of the massive technologically advanced house.

"This is so... Sophie like house." Rei says to which I nod. As we get inside Remi makes sure not to touch anything despite her curiousity. There were different kinds of machines there. Seemingly all belongs to Sophie. From what I know her family isn't around her all the time so this big mansion is all for her alone. So she can do whatever she wanted. As we arrive to her room. We knock as we hear a cracking noise and I can swear I heard someone falling. As the door opens we see a sleepy Sophie wearing a pink pijamas. Her usual pale red eyes looking sleepy and tired probably because her lack of sleep. And her blond hair falls on her shoulders as she looks at us.

"Am I seeing things... Is that Rei?" She asks as she wipes her eyes looking shocked. "I don't know if I should cry right now or what. I'm just shocked. Nice surprise Grey... Maybe next time you should bring my dead grandma with you. Anyways how the FUCK ARE YOU STILL ALIVE?" She says pointing at Rei. "I uh... Don't kno-" Rei was saying as Remi bursts at Sophie. "How dare you speak that way to My brother!" She says as I get between them and stop the about to start fight. "Hey, calm down Remi she is just shocked. She felt a lot of guilt when Rei died. Her reaction is normal." I reply.

As things get calmer. Sophie decides to speak. "So why are you here Grey?" She asks looking at me. "I need your help. You are the only smartass I know capable of doing this." I say as I show her. The broken mask and the amplifiers.

Her eyes widen as she stares at the mask and the amplifiers. She takes them and puts them on her table. "Is that a sound wave producer? This could seriously do some serious damage... This can put anyone under an illusion." She says amazed as she looks at it more carefully. "How did you get your hands on these stuff?" Sophie asks as I start explaining the whole situation with us finding Rei and how he was being controlled by that mask.

I also explain the amplifiers and how Rei was amplified. Sophie took Rei immediately on her experimenting bed as she starts taking out a sample of his blood. "Let's see what we have here.." Sophie says confidently.
