[A/N] I don't know anything about hotels so bare with me.

"Ashlyn, I did as you told me to and followed Arlo the last couple of days, Arlo is trying to befriend John for some reason, it also appears that he is up to no good and John is a bit naive so he doesn't know how cruel someone like Arlo can be so he is an easy target, Also it appears that Arlo knows about John's true power but this is only my assumption and I cannot confirm it because there would be no other reason for Arlo to stick around John like that, or even take an interest in him. Also, Arlo wants to go out with John somewhere tomorrow and I'm very suspicious of that." I said to Ashlyn.

She then sat down on a couch and asked the maid to make her a cup of coffee, Grey was busy doing his own thing, I honestly don't know what Grey does most of the time but it seems that he is very cautious about Specter even tho he is so strong and to add Ashlyn to the equation they can be an unstoppable duo.

My link of thoughts was cut by ashlyn response to what I just said. "Very well, I'll take care of it myself." Ashlyn replied to which I raised an eyebrow. "Oh! Right I forgot to tell you, Grey found a house for us to rent, we won't buy a house here since anything could happen and we might need to leave if Specter got any lead on us." Ashlyn said I nodded. "But what did you mean by take care of it yourself?" I said.

"Oh well, I'll follow them myself." She said with a smile.

[Wellston's Private Highschool]

I was waiting for Arlo at the school's exit as we planned. I was thinking about many things like where does he want us to go? Should I be friendly or will it be weird since we are not that close yet and I'm trying my best not to fuck up with my messed up temper.

"Did I keep you waiting?" Arlo said. I was back to reality and responded. "Hey, not at all I was here a bit early.". After that we started to walk to the bus station as we took a bus to a weird place that I didn't know. "Hey Arlo, Um where are we going?" I asked him, he looked at me and responded. "We are going to the turf wars location.". I raised an eyebrow at this, why would he want me to go with him there?

"Why, you know I'm not really suitable for these places since you know... I'm a cripple and all?" I said to him. "Oh don't worry, you are not gonna do anything, I'm just finishing some trivial matters there and we will take our leave." He replied and I relaxed when he said this.

We arrived there, and I was met with two people a boy and a girl and I recognized them as the ones who broke my phone, my eyes widened as I saw arlo walk past them and ordered them to pin me to the ground. They attacked me and they were too fast for me to dodge and I was on my knees.

"Do you like my little surprise?" Arlo said mockingly. "You know, it's really naive of you to think I would actually befriend you, to be honest I despise you." He continued. Words couldn't form in my mouth, I couldn't say anything at all. He ordered the two people pinning me who their names are Ventus and Meili to kick me.

"What is it John? Cat ate your tongue? How about this, everything that happened to you in the last couple of days was all facilitated by me... Seraphina's suspension... breaking your phone... this was all a part of my plan." He said with a smirk.

"You are here so you can know your place." He said again but suddenly out of nowhere the duo who were holding me were sent flying approximately 10 meters away. Arlo's eyes widen as I sense a familiar aura in front of me. "Ashlyn? Why are you here?" I asked her. "To stop this bullshit." She replied. I was tired of all of this, I don't want to be a burden to anyone anymore, I don't want to be a prey for someone who thinks I'm nothing but a cripple. I'm done hiding.

"No, thanks Ashlyn I'll take care of this myself." I said as my eyes started to glow the shade of gold as the power of wind gathered around me. I copied Ventus and Meili's abilities. "Um, ok sure."

[ASHLYN]

This was the first time I see John activate his ability up close. I couldn't read his aura it reminds me of me and Grey. He suddenly launched at Arlo with a Claw that looked exactly like the one Meile using. And then a realization hit me, John is our relative? There would be no other way for him to have such an ability and his eyes these eyes look exactly like the family of our father. There is no doubt, but his Aura is surprisingly weaker than me maybe he didn't train much. I continued to watch the fight as Meili blocked the attack thrown at Arlo and John proceeded to attack her instead. He gave her a slash which managed to cut her clothes horizontally and he attacked again but before his attack could connect Ventus threw some wind at him pushing him away, John then used Ventus's ability to balance himself.

"Somehow he can use both of our abilities, but we can beat him if we fight him together." Meili said as Ventus threw some wind to give meili enough speed to attack John, however John conjured two blades of wind at her, Meili dodged but Ventus got hit by the attack. "VENTUS!" Meili screamed she then continued to attack John but John dodged and used Ventus's ability to throw her around 30 meters in the sky. Then John went behind Ventus as Ventus was trying to save Meili but before he could do John's claw pierced his hand so he couldn't do it.

"WE ARE SORRY JOHN, YOU ARE STRONGER THAN BOTH OF US PLEASE LET ME SAVE HER!" Ventus screamed begging John to let him save her. John didn't respond to him as he continued to push him to the ground. "DAMMIT LET ME SAVE HER! PLEAEE SHE MIGHT NOT SURVIVE THE FALL!" Ventus said before John hit his head knocking him unconscious. However before Meili could fall I decided to save her. And I used Ventus's ability to save her. John looked at me with a weird look but he then moved his attention to Arlo.

This is gonna be a headache...
