12. Tease her

"Such a show off, isn't she?"

"Yeah, honestly I can't even compete with her. Which is why she will never fall for me."

Josie bit on her lip, she didn't know how to respond to Landon's little comment or even if she wanted to for that matter and decided to change the subject.

"I'm not really into this trip coming up, honestly not having a proper shower for two days sounds horrible."

"I wonder why you joined this camp in the first place, Josie."

"Because our parents don't know what to do with us during the whole summer and they need their peace too."

"Just like my foster family."

"Anyway we should probably have more practise if we want to survive this weekend."

"That's right. Ladies first.."

Both of them got onto the climbing wall again and this time Josie followed Hope's advise since the begining and was moving much faster on the wall, that even Landon was surprised. After they had both climbed on the top they zipped down towards the ground they found Hope clapping and looking at them with a pleased smile.

"Well, I gotta give it to you. That was better than last time, Jo."

"Thanks, your advice actually worked.."

"Hey, why do I not get advice?"

"Because I'm the one that sucks at this."

Landon complained playfully and watched how Hope walked around them, but her eyes were mainly focused on Josie who was struggling to get the belt off. She stopped in her tracks and decided to help the girl release herself from the belt. She placed her hands over Josie's and showed her where her fingers need to push to release.

"There you go.."

Hope said with a soft voice and Josie felt her cheeks heating up uncontrollably, hoping that no one of them noticed how flustered she got every time Hope was close to her like that, and mainly touching her.

"Seriously Hope you need to slow down, you're going to make a grown man cry."

"Is this about Rafael and Caleb trying to compete against me?"

"Exactly."

Hope laughed and talked on her way off confidently.

"If they can't handle me they shouldn't go up against me next time."

During their break time a few of the girls were in the showers washing all the sweat off from climbing practise and Josie decided to clean up too. She walked up to the shower stalls, and while looking for an empty one her eye caught a glimpse of a curvy girl washing her auburn hair, and she lingered there several seconds starring at Hope's naked body. The way the water was running down her hips made her body absolutely sexy and Josie took it all in with her eyes before she was interrupted by her loud sister entering the showers. Hope turned her head too and spotted Josie by her door, she didn't know how long she had been standing there but it was obvious she was checking her body out at this point.

"Ugh, it even hurts to stand! Injured Lizzie coming through everyone."

"There's only one shower left, Liz. Go on take it I will wait."

"Thanks, Jo. If I need you I'll give you a shout."

Lizzie went inside the last shower cube and Hope who had listened to their conversation poked her head out of the curtain with a witty smirk.

"You can share with me, pumpkin."

"I..I don't mind waiting for Lizzie.."

"Come on, we are roommates. We can share a shower once in a while. And I promise I will keep my hands to myself."

Hope put her hands up innocently, and that made Josie giggle. She thought about the suggestion for ages before hesitantly stripping off her clothes and stepping in the shower with Hope. They both took their turn under the water separately but Hope could feel how the other girl was purposely trying to stare at the wall in front of her instead of starring at her naked body, and she found that cute.

"So tell me, Jo. I know you're into girls and all that. Do you find me attractive, at all?"

Josie froze while trying to wash her hair, upon hearing the question she probably feared the most. How could she possibly tell her roommate she was the most attractive creature in this whole world?

"You can look at me you know. I don't bite?"

Hope finally found Josie coming out of her shell, and gazing at her breasts and rest of her wet body quickly and then back up at her eyes. Josie smiled to herself but didn't give Hope an answer which only made her more impatient.

"So?"

"Why are you asking?" Josie questioned.

"I asked first. Answer me and I will tell you."

"And what if I don't want to answer that question?"

"Then I won't answer yours."

Hope placed a small amount of shampoo foam on Josie's nose playfully and the other girl pulled a face. After cleaning herself she took the shampoo bottle and squirmed it against all over Hope's back sneakily.

"What on earth Jo?"

Hope had just cleaned herself off when she felt loads of soap dripping down her back and legs and knew exactly what Josie had done, there was only one solution. She grabbed her own bottle and placed it over Josie's head, dripping large amounts of hair shampoo on her head. Josie nearly screamed from how annoyed she was and swat Hope's hand away, who was also laughing her ass off.

"What the hell are you two doing?"

Lizzie shouted from her shower stall and Josie placed a hand over Hope's mouth to hush her giggles. After they got rid of Lizzie she removed her hand and stepped under the water to clean the second round of shampoo off her hair. She closed her eyes momentarily while washing the soap off and when she opened her eyes she found Hope in dangerously close proximity under the water with her. The water was drenching them both, and Josie looked into the blue eyes trying to read them. Hope was purposely shifting her gaze between Josie's eyes to her plump lips, feeling an overwhelming urge to kiss her.
