After an intense starring competition under the running water Hope was the one to lean in and capture Josie's lips in a soft kiss that slowly turned into a heated make out session between the two. The auburn wanted to touch Josie's body desperately but remembered her promise and didn't want to overstep so she kept her hands away. After they pulled away slightly to catch their breath Hope spoke up.

"I wish I hadn't made that stupid promise earlier."

Josie smiled at the words and Hope's little confession, seeing how the auburn was in fact into her just as much as she was in her. There was no doubt in her mind now, and Josie reached up confidently taking a gentle hold of Hope's cheeks and pulling her in for another long kiss, enjoying the tingling sensation of their breasts bumping into each others.

"Forget about the promise now."

Hope wasted no time and shoved the girl gently against the wet wall, with her hands spreading over her back and her fingernails grazing down the length of it. Josie enjoyed feeling Hope's hands finally exploring her body that longed to be touched by her and almost gasped when the other girl squeezed her ass in her palms.

Lizzie interrupted them again as she was finished showering and was waiting outside of their shower.

"Jo? Are you in there? Are you gonna be long now?"

"Shit, I hate my sister sometimes."

Josie whispered against Hope's lips, who laughed quietly and was about to walk off when Hope stopped her by grabbing her hip.

"But I'm not finished with you.."

Josie placed a finger on Hope's lips hushing her up again, afraid that her sister might eves drop on their conversation. She wrapped a towel around her body and then stepped out meeting an inpatient Lizzie.

"Finally, it was about damn time. Were you alone in there?"

"Doesn't matter, let's get going I have a date I need to get ready for."

"Ooh, Penelope right? That girl better be on her best behaviour today."

"How's your leg by the way?"

The girls chatted on their way back and then separated when Josie walked off to her tent. She quickly put an outfit together and then blow-dried her hair and did some light make up. When she was ready she walked out and Hope was just then walking up to the tent. Their eyes met for a moment, Hope realising Josie made an effort to look nice for her date which only meant that she cared about Penelope. At least, that's what she thought.

"Looking cute. Have fun on your date."

"T-Thanks..Hope..we should--"

"Go, don't worry about it. We will talk later."

Hope walked inside and Josie stood there contemplating for a few minutes, she wanted to go after the auburn but she felt pretty confused about the whole situation, and it was easier to just get on with her date. She soon met Penelope at the lake who had laid down a picnic blanket for them and had a few snacks in case they got hungry. They spend about two hours getting to know each other and Josie had an unexpected good time. It was already getting dark and after a while they decided to pack everything away and join the usual movie night happening at the camp site, sitting together and getting pretty cozy with each other. Josie scanned the crowds before the movie started looking for Hope who was seated with Landon and Rafael, both making her laugh really loudly.

Josie laid her head on Penelope's chest and starred at the screen trying not to get distracted by Hope's voice who was still chatting away even though the movie had started.

"So do you like romantic movies?"

"Josie??"

"Uh, yeah. Sorry. I do like a bit of romance. Although they don't make too many movies with girl characters."

"Right. The typical boy and girl romance is overplayed. And honestly half of the guys don't even know a thing about romance."

"Well it's a good thing that you do.."

"Is it? You know I'd do anything to impress a girl like you."

"Really?"

Penelope looked down at the girl who was looking right up at her with a smile, appreciating her beautiful face and how her lips begged to be kissed. She leaned down and gave Josie a soft kiss on her lips. Just then Hope looked their way, having spotted them previously and was gutted to see how Penelope was kissing the girl that drove her insane in more than one way. She clenched her fist and decided to excuse herself from the boy's.

"Sorry, I need some air.."

"But we are outside?" Landon wondered what got Hope so worked up and turned to Rafael.

"What's up with her?"

"Honestly? I don't know. Want me to look after her?"

"Please. I'll probably annoy her if I go after her."

Rafael followed Hope who ran to the forest by herself. He spotted her pacing up and down while running a hand through her long hair.

"Wanna talk about it?"

Hope was too busy thinking that she didn't notice Rafael was after her this whole time. The boy crouched down against a tree and looked up at her. She was unusually quiet.

"Have you ever stopped yourself from wanting something because you're trying to protect someone?" Hope sighed.

"Yes. In fact, I've been doing that ever since I've gotten here in this camp."

"Really? Who are you trying to protect?"

"Landon. He is like my brother. So if he wants something I won't be the one to steal it away from him."

"You really shouldn't put yourself and your needs second."

"So why are you doing that to yourself then?"

"Because I know I'll hurt someone if I do."

"Is that someone important to you?"

Hope remained quiet, probably thinking about Rafael's question. The boy stood up again and made her face him.

"Listen, if this is about Landon we are both making the right choice."

Hope looked up into his dark eyes, an unusual smirk forming over her lips. She seemed as if she was finally out of her head. She took a step closer to him, her chest almost touching his.

"What if this isn't about Landon and what if I don't want you to make the right choice?"

Hope's words and close proximity made Rafael felt uneasy, was she actually asking him to make a move on her? And if so, was it actually worth risking his friendship with Landon?
