After the opening act was finished, the participants took turns to rehearse their acts and Hope was in charge of the whole process so she directed everyone on how to enter the stage, where to stand and typicality gave them out advice on how to make their act more interesting. At Landon's turn, a big group of girls had gathered and watched him almost fangirling at his guitar skills which made Hope roll her eyes.
"I told y'all this boy was gonna burn some hearts." Caleb said who was now standing next to Hope.
"Yeah, yeah maybe we should have an autograph parlour next to the stage too."
"Not a bad idea, Mikaelson. Count me in too, I am going to build my own fan club!"
"You two and your fans will honestly drive me crazy.."
Both of them laughed and once all the acts were finished, Hope was dismissed and could finally get some well deserved rest.
On her way to the showers she passed by Lizzie's tent where she heard a heated argument between her and her roommates. Apparently she had been having Sebastian over and sleeping with him although boys were not allowed into girl's tents especially at night. Hope kept a mental note so she could spill the news to Alaric which would help their plan of getting Sebastian out of there.
When she reached the shower cabin she stripped off her clothes and stepped inside the small cubicle, grateful to be drenched in hot water. Since no one else was there she didn't bother closing the curtain and just leaned against the wall with her eyes closed enjoying the warm sensation for a few moments and listening to nature.
At some point, Hope heard a voice that sounded all too familiar.
"We really gotta stop meeting like this."
Josie said with flustered cheeks while standing at the door with her towel in her hands.
"Like what? Naked?"
"Yeah."
"Is that a problem?"
"No, but it makes it really hard to keep control when I see you like that."
"Then lose it, baby."
Hope clicked her tongue playfully and grabbed Josie's hand pulling her into the shower cubicle with her, making the girl almost scream as she was still fully clothed and her towel dropped on the ground.
"Hope! I wasn't ready-- my clothes are drenched you're crazy.."
Josie said in all seriousness as if she was angry but a few giggles followed.
"Come on. This is fun..and to be honest quite hot too."
"Fine-- can I borrow some of your shampoo stuff?"
"Yeah, sure pumpkin."
Hope said with a smile while helping Josie take her wet shirt off her body along with her shorts that were tossed on the side and now they were both wet and naked appreciating each other's bodies with shy smiles and nervous laughs.
