3rd Person POS

"Umm, excuse me?"

Rayleigh suddenly heard a voice. He slowly opened his eyes and saw his teacher, Mrs. Mylene, who was now shaking him. He sat up and looked at her with drooping eyes.

"What?" he asked.

"It's time for class. You missed your new classmate's presentation and you're already late." Mrs. Mylene sighed.

"What the hell are you doing, sleeping in a place like this?" she asked.

Rayleigh yawned and sat up from the grass and brushed a few leaves off her clothes. As she tried to fix her hair, she felt something above her ear.

He takes the one above his ear and looks at it curiously. He sees two beautiful white flowers in his hand.

"Flowers?...." Rayleigh gave her a questioning look. He assumed his teacher could have done that, so he looked at her and asked.

"Professor, did you put flowers on me?"

"Hm? No, I didn't." Mrs. Mylene shook her head, she then arched an eyebrow.

'That's weird, I don't remember putting flowers in my hair...' thought Rayleigh.

Rayleigh suddenly felt something light next to his foot, he looked down and saw the cute little bunny from before, looks like it hasn't come out yet.

"Oh, hey little boy. Are you still here?" he smiled as he lifted the rabbit and placed him in his arms.

"Eh? A rabbit?" Mrs. Mylene looks at him in surprise. "How the hell did he get here?"

Rayleigh just shrugged, even he himself has no idea how the rabbit got into the academy.

"I don't know. When I was just resting here, the rabbit suddenly jumped on me." Rayleigh replied.

"I see..." Mrs. Mylene nodded. "Well, enough of that, now go back to class. And give this rabbit to me, I'll let my sister have it for a while because animals are not allowed inside. You can take the rabbit after class."

Rayleigh obeys what her teacher says and gives her the rabbit. Ms. Mylene hurries Rayleigh back to class, telling him she'll catch up.

The boy sighed in stress, obviously he doesn't want to go back to his classmates. As he walks through the halls, he can't help but think how much he just wants to rest and watch anime, then walking around his own room singing a song while playing his guitar. But, unfortunately, he is not now in the modern world. At this time, technology is still not so developed.

Think of Rayleigh's despair when he realizes that there are no phones, internet or any gadget that exists. Everything about this world is almost similar to the Victorian era, some parts of this world remind you of the Middle Ages.

Rayleigh's face darkened as her thoughts deepened.

How the hell could I watch anime and read manga now!? I can't listen to my favorite songs anymore, I can't blog now on YouTube, I'm living my whole life without internet. I don't know how on earth I was going to survive that.

"Sniff... Goodbye my Wattpad, Instagram, Twitter... Oh, this is just a nightmare. Even I can't use my TikTok anymore.... Aah, those were the glory days..." Rayleigh sobbed, her shadow aura darkens more.

"I even worked hard to have a collection of manga, anime figurines and games. I even bought a bunch of anime merchandise. Now it's all gone! It's gone forever!"

Rayleigh began to grow mushrooms in her body. Looking at him now, he looks like an emo. He would be suitable right now to sit in an emo corner.

When he finally arrives in his classroom, he erases his emo atmosphere and returns to his usual stoic expression. He enters the classroom and meets the student's eyes again. He just ignored what was already being said about him and sat back in his chair without a care in the world.

'Hey, didn't you think that Alex guy was cute?'

'Ahh, he's so dreamy-

'I know right?"

Rayleigh perked up hearing some girls talking about the protagonist. He heard from his teacher earlier that he was introduced here in class, but it looks like he's not here right now. So Rayleigh thinks he must have left by now. Based on his knowledge of the novel, Alex just introduces himself to the class and immediately leaves because he was called by the King.

The reason why the king called Alex, because he found out that he enrolled in the academy without his permission. Alex should be in an academy for princes and princesses. The school is also as good as Tai Brixten Academy, but the King preferred the other school.

So what Rayleigh is guessing right now is that Alex and the King are now arguing in the palace. The prince was in the palace for a week, so he won't be around for a while. But Rayleigh knew that, in the end, the prince would win the argument. He thinks this would be so much better, at least the story isn't changing too much. This means that he can still predict what will happen in the future.

Rayleigh sharpens his senses of hearing and continues to eavesdrop on the girls' conversation.

- Is Alex a commoner?

'Huh? No way. He looks chic to be a commoner. I bet he's a noble.

'Hey? Serious? That means we're out of his reach.

The girl's expression drops, feeling hopeless already. Rayleigh can't help but laugh

'Yes. I bet his partner will be a pretty girl who has the same status as him.'

'This is bad. There are few nice nobles around. Most of them are trash like Rayleigh over there.' the girl says slyly.

Oh don't worry girls, I won't be here much longer. I'll escape the hell this country will have to face and after that, you're out.

That's what Rayleigh thought when she went back to minding her own business. Their minds were full of thoughts about how much he should be very careful and not get on others' bad side.
