AN: Dear mellyn, How are you?! I'm sorry it's been so long! This past year has been a struggle with many outside forces, but I'm so grateful to my elf and to YOU! 💕🤗

In addition to these tumultuous months I also got bogged down adding new Cosplay photos and illustrations to the previous chapters. Because so many are reading, I wanted it to be the best. (You will see all the ones I added sprinkled throughout future chapters). It's a lot to do for one person, but I think I'm on track to continue more steadily now.

It's far far too hot here at camp for Cosplay so for now I made art paintings by creating new art out of our previous Cosplay photos. I hope you love them and the chapter!

Please request any (PG/PG-13) scene in the book to be made into a Cosplay or painting image! I want to add more, and need suggestions of which scenes to do first!

Oh! And as this is my first novel, I'll now be experimenting with First Person. 😊

The hypnotic rhythm of ocean waves did little to calm the wrenching worry, love and lust that crested in me like a storm tossed sea. Faeriel was so very weary from the week of long marches and slept deeply in my arms. The ship swayed gently side to side, gliding us through the serene sea.

As I gazed at her, I cupped my hand over her upper breast where her heart beat. The even cadence made my own heart hurt and soar in unison. The near brushes with death and capture haunted me, each flashback rending my heart anew.

And naught at present could quell the hard thump in my loins, the ache the breadth and depth of the great sea. Many times heatedly my thought did harken to every luscious kiss, each urgent dance of passion that we had shared together. And too my thought strayed to whither we might venture when Faeriel awoke.

Knowing my meleth to be safe in the ship's refuge, in the middle of the night I took a moment to venture above decks. The stars beckoned me, and too my tea of earlier needed relieving.
