After work I went fast to the grocery store and went home afterwards. Iris was already back and sat on the couch in her pajamas with one of her courses in her hands.
"Hey, how was your day?" I asked her.
"Fine." I put my grocery bags on the table and took a seat on the couch facing her.
"Tell me about it."
"I think that I want to change colleges."
"You think?" I asked. "That's big Iris, I thought that you liked were you are going now."
She shook her head "I don't know, I do like it here," she shrugged.
"Okay, well you are going to nail it wherever you go."
"I know." She smiled, and I saw a bit of her self-confidence return.
I sighed "are you running away from him?"
"Yes."
"Do you think it's going to help?"
She let out a shaky blow "no," she groaned and dropped her head on the back of the couch.
"You know what, maybe you can change. But the one that that suits you the best."
"Okay, and I do want to stay close to home."
"Good to hear. Oh yeah, start dropping everywhere you come that you are thinking of moving away."
"Why?"
"It will reach Dean, maybe he can take a real decision, he is holding you back. He needs to choose. Or he stays with his girlfriend. Or he chooses you. And if you change school, I guess then it doesn't matter anymore that he's your professor."
Her mouth dropped open and shut and then she smiled "Who had thought that our sweet Rose would thought about this. I'm posting it on my page, he follows me." She said with a big grin.
I winked at her "I'm going to start dinner. Look up those universities! And tell Bella and mom, they watch your socials too."
"Oh yeah, I'll sent them a message."

Friday (Mai 7) came, and Hugo would be home when I came back from work. He already texted me that he landed, and he let me know that he was back at the apartment. When I came home the entire apartment was dark except for some candles on our kitchen table. Something smelled good.
"Hugo?" I called when I placed my jacket and keys away.
"Rose, I missed you." Hugo said holding a huge bouquet of roses.
"I missed you too." I walked towards him.
"I got you flowers, your mom said you were going to like those."
"I do. Thank you." I stood on my tiptoes and kissed him. When I pulled away, he was grinning.
"What smells so good here?"
