After Rose left and my mother came back in, she kept talking and talking about something. I don't know about what, I shut her out from the moment she came in. I really don't care about what she is saying. Ever since my accident everyone that I was close to me walked around on eggshells. Not that I blame them, in the beginning I lashed out a lot. Well, I still do. My mother is one of the few people that still comes by every day. Even though it hurts that the others stay away I can't help myself from still lashing out to them. I know that I am hurting everyone with my behavior but yeah fuck... look at me?!

Someone knocked on my door and entered without waiting for an answer. I hate that, why knock if you don't wait for an answer. I closed my eyes with a deep sigh.

"Oh my, Thorn. I'm so happy to see you." I heard my mother say.

He chuckled and I heard him kiss her cheek in greeting "Mrs. Rutherford if I had known I would have been here sooner. I'm glad that a little bird told me."

My mom giggled "Thorn, call me Gail. And I'm glad that Rose told you."

"She sure is little. How old is she even?" I muttered.

"24, well almost twenty-five. But more mature than you, baby." Thorn sniggered.

I had forgotten that Thorn always said what he thought, I rolled my eyes looking at him "Don't roll your eyes at me Luc. So, what happened?" he asked.

"Not your business." I snapped at him.

"Oh joy, is he always like this Gail?" I heard Thorn ask my mother.

"How was it?" I blurred it out, not being able to wait any longer

"How was it?" I blurred it out, not being able to wait any longer.

"Not good, I stayed for only 10 minutes."

"I stayed longer, but he ignored me for a long time."

"I spoke with his mother on the parking lot for a while. She is at the end of her patience with him. He is snappy at everything you say. He yells at practically everyone. His mom is one of the only one that visit him every day. His father, sister and brother try, but he yelled once at Justin's daughter and ever since..."
