Season 1: Golden Promises Hua Ying

chapter 3: Promise

Little Hua ying is now 3 years old. He had beautiful eyes paired with long eye lashes, Rosy chubby cheeks, pinkish lips, and very gorgeous dark long hair.

The boy turned to be a happy free kid, who's smile is like a thousand times brighter than the sun in the morning like his Baba– Xie Lian, and his eyes darker than the depts of the ocean– like Hua Cheng. But in those dark eyes of his, shines out gold– no, more than gold.

The family were then in Yilling to have a family bonding time. They were at a random stall.

"A-ying, do you want something els-" Xie Lian paused as the person he was talking to, was gone.

"San lang, where's a-ying?!?"

Hua cheng had now rushed off leaving the poor Sister who was selling them tanghulu.

Hua Ying had roamed around the streets and found a boy fallen in the snow. He then reached out his hands to help him up.

Hua Ying had now seen this very gorgeous boys visuals. He was wearing white robes, whiter than the snow itself. Or maybe it was just the sun reflecting? Golden eyes, doe eyes, and he was wearing a ribbon, on his forehead? It was kind of tilted.

"Pretty Gege, your ribbon is tilted"

The little boy had let him fix his ribbon knowing what it means. He was taken back at this boys beauty.

"Whats your name?" He asks so suddenly

"My name is Hua Ying! You could call me A-ying!"

"My name is Lan Zhan"

Then Hua Ying heard an unfamiliar shout along with another shout behind him but this time, he could recognize the voice.

" A-ying!"

"Wangji!"

"Where were you?! We were so worried!" Xie Lian said, engulfing little ying in a hug.

"Sorry baba, I was helping pretty gege"

"Wangji where were you?"

"I'm sorry shifu, I got lost"

"This one thanks the young master for helping my nephew" the older one bowed.

"Its no problem!"

"Lets go wangji" someone that looks like Lan Zhan said. Maybe thats his brother.

"Will we meet again?" Little Lan zhan asked.

"Mn! We'll meet again pretty gege! "

Lan wangji then took out something from his sleeve(how deep can those sleeves store?) It was a bunny necklace.

"For me?" Lan wangji nodded. Wei ying then accepted the necklace and also reached for his pouch.

"Here!" He handed a golden butterfly hair pin. "It matches your beautiful eyes, gege! Lan wangji's ears flushed red.

"Wangji." Lan Qiren had called him

"We'll meet again!"

"You promise?"

"Mhm!! Good bye!!"

"A-ying, lets go"

"Now baobei, do not ran away without telling me, okay?" Xie Lian was holding onto Hua yings tiny hands protectively. "Okay! Im sorry baba, A-die"

"It's fine a-ying, just dont do it again"
