Bakugo followed Tobi to the door of his apartment. They had been training this morning with Kirishima and Deku. To be honest, the grown heroes were impressed with how strong the young boys quirk was becoming. They also admired his drive to become stronger. Tobi's excuse: to be strong for when his sister gets here.
Hallie was sitting on the couch, working on her laptop when the door opened. She was finalizing her selection for the foundation recipient this year, among other tasks. Her face lit up when Tobi ran over and gave her a tight hug.
"Did you have fun," she pet his head.
"Yeah, I learned a new trick," he sighed, "but I can only do it in the arena."
"Next time I'll come watch you," she ruffled his hair.
His blue eyes looked his mother over, "Are you feeling okay?"
She couldn't help but smile. He had such a big heart, "I'm fine, just tired."
Bakugo nudged his son, "Go shower." His red eyes watched his son scurry to his room before sitting next to Hallie, "He's getting quick."
"Good," she smiled and closed her computer, "He needs to be quick, if he chooses to follow your footsteps."
"How are you actually feeling," he leaned back and looked at her.
"I'm so uncomfortable it's insane," she reached out and ran her hands through his hair, "but you're here now so it's better."
He closed his eyes and leaned into her touch, "It's crazy..."
"What is?"
"I would've never thought to be here, like this," he looked at her, "Before the war I just wanted to be number one." He relaxed once more, "Now I am number one, with my own agency...and a dad."
"A hot dad," Hallie teased, earning a glare. She chuckled, "Do you regret any of it?"
He shook his head, "No. The only thing I sometimes regret is not being there for you with Tobi...but," he paused, "maybe that was a good thing...I was a punk ass during that time."
Hallie reached out and took his hand, "Are they bothering you?"
"Yeah," he sighed, "I stretched them, but the cold air hurts."
She gently worked his tense muscles, "These are tools you need to take care of, love."
He blushed and looked away, "I know...it feels better when you do it." He furrowed his brows when he felt his phone go off, reading the name, "What?" He blinked, "I'll be right there."
Hallie tilted her head as he got up, "What's wrong?"
Bakugo grabbed his jacket, "Aizawa thought it'd be a good idea to tell Hawks about what happened with Mika and Sting..."
"Fuck..."
"He's currently busting through the jail," he kissed her head.
"Be safe," she sighed when he closed the door, "Dammit Aizawa..."

Hawks was on a mission: to rip that filth to literal shreds. They were lucky Lena was already dead. He had half a mind to dig her up. Anyone that tried to stop him, he immediately subdued them. Nothing lethal, just getting them out of his way.Sting sat back in his cell, watching the winged hero coming for him. It was slightly intimidating, it would be even more so if the thick bars weren't between them.
Hawks was closing in when Bakugo casually stepped in front of the cell and sighed, "I really don't wanna do this today."
"Then move," he narrowed his golden eyes dangerously.
