Chapter 11

Sirius was fine, well he really wasn't. He had just yelled at his best friend and brother the two people he cared for the most. He was so happy a moment ago and when he saw his brother with his best friend he just over reacted. Sirius shook his head and sat down on one of the couch's. He really did miss his brother and this wasn't going to help. At that moment he decided the next time he saw them he would apologize and hope they forgave him.

James watched in shock as his boyfriend ran off. Snapping out of shock he gave a quick glare at Sirius. "How could you say that to you own brother, you better apologize to him later." He said quickly and ran off after Regulus.

He soon found Regulus on the Astronomy tower. "Hey, sorry about Sirius." James said pulling Regulus into a hugs. "He didn't mean any of it, I promise."

After a few moments James managed to calm Regulus down and they just sat in silence for a while.

"Do you believe Sirius," Regulus suddenly asked.

"No, of course not." James replied in surprise.

I'm going to show you something, but you have to promise not to show anyone. Regulus explained. James just nodded as regulus slowly lofted his sleeve. It was littered with dark red lines. James gasped pulling Regulus closer and inspecting his arm. "Who did this?" He demanded.

"Well originally Mother used it as punishment but after a while I started doing it myself." Regulus answer honestly.

"Why?" James exclaimed not knowing why someone would want to harm themselves.

"It's just that after Sirius left I couldn't take it anymore. I have no one to turn to and there was just too much stress." He said quietly.

"You have me now and I am definitely not letting you go back to that house." James said kissing Regulus on the forehead. "Come on, it's getting late."

Regulus reluctantly got up as James walked him back to his dorm. After kissing him goodnight and a quick hug the two parted.

After James returned to Gryffindor tower he saw Sirius sitting on the couch waiting for him. He couldn't help but explode at Sirius telling him about how much Regulus cared about his and how much he had upset him. However Sirius didn't respond or argue back,He just sat there. After James had finally finished his speech Sirius finally reacted.

"Look, James I'm really sorry. I wasn't thinking in that moment and I really didn't mean any of the things I said. Do you think Regulus would ever forgive me?" Sirius said quietly.

Ok, first of all Since when did you think. Secondly I 100% sure that Regulus will, he really misses you. Go talk to him tomorrow Ok." James replied.
