She pushed those feelings away, and focused on the trail since the cops had found them, when they were funding out on a smaller island off the OBX the day before.
"John Booker Routledge, pursuant to the North Carolina statute section 14, you are charged with murder in the first degree with aggravated circumstances," the judge called as the boy stood, "If convicted, the maximum sentence would be the death penalty."
JJ jumped up and pointed at the boy, "your Honor, he's 17!'
"Quiet."
"No, he's 17! Are you kidding me?"
"JayJ," Y/N grabbed his arm when he was causing a scene, "this won't help his case." JJ looked down at her, and pulled out of her grip; she bit her lip and walked out of the court house with the others as she held Sarah's arm, the other blonde following behind.
Kie shook her head, "are we in hell?"

A man walking ahead of them walked to Ward and said, "sorry for what you and your family have gone through, thank God the system works."
