After a long rest and having dreamt of my time linked with the rachni queen I was woken up by John. He tells me what I missed when I passed out and gave a chuckle talking about seeing Jane carry me to my bed. He tell me about a salarian unit that the council lost contact with on Vermire. He told me to eat and get suited up and joker was already plotting corse. I head to the hall and eat a light meal and see Jane walk up and sit across of the table
Jane: Rest well Y/n?
Y/n: Yeah I feel so exhausted that the sleep I had was pure heaven. Thanks for carrying me by the way *She has a small smile and nods* So John told me about vermire. Any clue what to expect?
Jane: Unfortunately, no. The council only told us they went silent
Y/n: Well whatever it is I'm ready for it commander. I'll be always be ready when called for
Jane: I know. I'm glad you're here *She stops for a sec and smile* With me
Y/n: *I prop my arm on the table and hold my head up and speak gently* So am I Jane, so am I
After our small talk John Jane and I get in the mako and we reach vermire and we hear joker speaking
Joker: Commander, im reading a signal. Must be our salarian infiltration team
Kaiden: Check ought those defence towers
John: Drop the mako. We'll go in hot and take care of them.
Joker: I'll get you underneath their radar, commander
We land on an actual beautiful area. After seeing constant death and destruction from saren and his men... this is a nice change in visuals

I understand its a mission and all but... this place is gorgeous. I'm snapped out of my sight seeing after being nudge by jane telling me to get in to drive off. Noding I get in the mako and we drive to turn off those defence towers
While driving and shooting down wave after wave of rocket drones and geth foot soldiers and two geth colossus and a few geth armatures along the way we arrive at the defence tower to shut it down and to open the gate to go to the camp site. Storming up the stairs we engage the enemy and take em out. We've had a lot of practice dealing with geth. We head in the far end and shut off the AA guns and open the gate
Joker: Reading that the grid is down, commander. On approach to the salarian base now. Out
Y/n: So far so good, commanders. Ready to move out on your orders
They both nod and we move back to the mako and drive off which John and Jane switching drivers and who manages the gun. We drive off and we arrive at another gate and we repeat the process of killing geth and open the gate.
Y/n: Nothing stopping us from reaching the salarian camp now, commanders. This is the final stretch
Nodding again we head in the mako and we reach the base and meet up with the rest of our team. Wrex joins both commanders and talk with the salarian as we hear Ashley talking with their captain
