After our encounter on Eden Prime and meeting the Jackass Prothean Javik, Jane decided to have a conversation with him. Apparently the bastard had no idea about the crucible. He's a soildier, not a scientist. However, that's not important right now. The salarian and krogan overseer are onboard and I'm ready to see the salarian's head fly out the airlock.

Standing in the room, we have the salarian dalatrass, our recently rescued Turian Victus, Shepard, Myself, and the Krogan leader Wrex.

Salarian Dalatrass: "The krogan is in no position to make demands" she says with an air of arrogance

Wrex: "The "Krogan" has a name. Urdnot Wrex. I'm not just some junkyard varren you unless whenever you're in trouble" he says with clear annoyance in his voice before he sees me and Jane walk into the room and gives us a subtle nod

Wrex: "I've got my own problems. Reaper scouts have arrived on Tuchanka. So why should I care if a few turians go extinct?" He says staring into victus's eyes

Primarch Victus: "Trying to draw out negotiations will get you nowhere, Wrex. I have no time for it. Just tell us what you want" he says bluntly

Good god am I glad to hear that bluntness. After dealing with drawn out political nonsense, I need someone blunt like this guy around.

Wrex: "I'll tell you what I need... A cure for the genophage" he says grinning which gets a various of reactions from of all of us

From Jane and I, We react positively on his side for the demand. The genophage was a cruel mistake. The reaction From Victus, a reaction of dread for how long this will take. From the salarian, the same kind of reaction as if he asked to eat all the homeworld's new babies. Honestly, that may have been preferable for him

Dalatrass: "Absolutely not! The genophage is nonnegotiable!" She says absolutely shutting down that idea

Jane: "The krogans have paid for their mistakes. The genophage has gone on long enough" she ships in as the voice of reason

Wrex: "One thousand, four hundred, and seventy six years, if you're keeping track" he says with clear anger in his tone while directed towards the salarian

Dalatrass: "It was a thousand years of peace, free from these... Brutes!" She says with a tone of superiority and disgust

Y/n: "A thousand years for peace for you, Yes. Yet, A thousand years of suffering for them!" I snap back as I do truly despise the genophage

Victus: "Enough!" He raises his voice higher to quiet us down and speaks up "Whether or not they deserve a cure is academic. It would take years to formulate one" he says to us which then earns a smug smirk from Wrex

Wrex: "My information says otherwise" he says moving and taking the spot where Victus was standing "A Salarian's scientist, Maelon, grew a conscience. He was on my planet testing a cure on our females" he says to the group

Jane: "We remember" she says glancing at me "His method were barbaric" she comments

Y/n: "That was putting it lightly" I mumble remembering the corpses, the data, the tests. Barbaric doesn't cover it

Wrex: "But what you didn't know is that other females survived his experiments" he says as a video feed shows a recording "So the dalatrass here sent a team to clean up the whole damn mess—and to take them prisoner" he says with barely hidden anger
