Y/n: So what's the orders commanders?

Jane: LC you're watching our six. Kaiden keep our barriers up. Jenkins move ahead

Y/n: Understood commander

*They all get in position and move out*

Kaiden: *As he noticed a strange creature* What... are those things?

Y/n: Don't worry. They're harmless, unless you shoot em. They blow on contact

*After moving further ahead they get behind as John signals for Jenkins to move out to only get ambushed by some random drones that blasts him. Both commander destroys the drives while I used my biotics to destroy the last one*

Kaiden: *Checks for a pulse on jenkins and closes his eyes* Dead. Those things ripped right through his shield... didn't stand a chance

John: He deserve a proper burial. We'll signal for the Normandy after this is over

Kaiden: Aye commander

*They proceed further encountering a few more drones that my brother and I take down with our biotics. I then stop a fire fight and signal to the commands and notice a survivor and we engage the enemy geth and save her*

Ashley: Thanks for your help, commanders. I didn't think I was gonna make it. Gonna chief Ashley Williams. You two in change here?

Jane: Are you wounded Williams?

Ashley: No, just a few scrapes and burns. Nothing serious. The other weren't so lucky. Oh man, we patrolling the perimeters before the attack hit. We tried to get off a distressed call but they cut of the communications. I've been fighting for my life ever since

John: What about the rest of your squad?

Ashley: We tried to double back to the beacon

Y/n: And you walked right into an ambush

Ashley: And sadly I don't think anyone else made it... I think I'm the only one left

Y/n: I place a hand on her shoulder* This isn't your fault. Nothing could've been done to save em.

Ashley: *Sighs* Thank you. We tried to hold off our position as long as we could. Until the geth overwhelmed us

Kaiden: The geth haven't been seen outside the veil in nearly over 200 years. Why are they here now?

Y/n: More importantly... *walk over a human body that was hanging on a metal spike* What's the point of this?

Ashley: I've got no idea but they must've come for the beacon. The dig site is close. Just over that rise. Might still be there

Y/n: We could use the help commander. We're a man down and no telling what ahead

John: Agreed. What do you say chief?

Ashley: I'm in, sir. It's time for payback

Jane: We're moving out!

*We move out and get into another small unit of geth. We easily take em out and arrive at the dig site*

Ashley: This is the dig site. The beacon was right here. They must've moved it

Kaiden: By who? Our side or the geth?

Ashley: We should know more after checking the research camp. It's just up top on this ridge. Up the ramps

Y/n: Then let's watch our step. Something isn't sitting right with me commanders
