Ilos, the conduit and Nearing the final battle!

After Jane and I had our night of pure bliss we're woken up from our rest by joker telling us we'd reach ilos soon. Once dressed we step out of her room and see John with his hair in a mess... like Jane and I. It's official... John had his own night of passion. All of us are frozen and we see the door behind him open and I can't wait to see who'd he bedded. Out comes... HUH?! KAIDEN!? Since when were they a thing?!

Y/n: Kaiden?!

Kaiden: Oh uh *Clears throat* I'll go get suited up

Y/n: No no no Kaiden. I want to know since even this has been going on!

He runs as I bolt after him while calling his name and... leave the Shepard siblings to talk. This is going to be just as awkward as it would be for Jane and John

Y/n: Kaiden, slow down. How long have you been with John?

I say after catching up to him. He looks so uncomfortable right now. He rubs the back of his neck while talking

Kaiden: Even since after vermire. When we got back Shepard talked with me about what happened. It helped me feel okay with everything. Since you were with Jane handling saren John and I handled the smaller mission we got closer and you know the rest

You can smell how nervous he is. Does he think I'll cuss him out for being into guys? I think it's more funny that both alenkos and both shepards have similar taste towards spouses. Both sets of siblings loving the other. I'm happy to have John as my future brother in law. Now Having enough with how nervous he is I hug him

Y/n: I wish you'd have told me. I'm happy for you little brother. I couldn't ask for anyone better for you to be with.

Kaiden: Thank you Y/n. I mean that

Y/n: I love you Kaiden. Nothing will change that. Now you look after John while Jane and I handle ilos

I wink at him and join everyone with joker to plot corse to ilos

Joker: Uh... commanders? We've got company

Liara: Have their sensors picked us up yet?

Joker: Stealth systems are engaged. Unless we get close for a visual, they won't have any idea we're here

Navigator Presley: Picking up some strange readings from the planet surface

Jane: Bring us down, joker. Lock in those coordinates

Navigator Presley: Negative on that, commander. The nearest landing zone's two klicks away

Kaiden: We'll never make it on time on foot. Get us somewhere closer!

Navigator Presley: There is nowhere closer! I looked!

Jane: Drop us in the mako

Navigator Presley: You need at least a hundred meters of open terrain to pull of a drop like that. The most I can find near saren is twenty

Y/n: Twenty meters? They're a no way in hell we can pull off a drop like that

Liara: We have to try

Y/n: We gotta locate another landing zone!

Navigator Presley: There is no other landing zone

Tali: The descent angle's too steep!

Liara: It's our only option!

Y/n: You call that an option I call that a suicide mission! We need to-

Joker: I can do it
