Inside the Gym 

Pignati: Alright guys, this gym should be a piece of cake for us. It's bug/grass type as well so I should be able to burn them all to a crisp. 

McFly: Exactly. Those guys won't stand a chance against you. 

Aidan: Um, guys? 

Pignati and McFly look over at Aidan 

Pignati: Aidan, are you, glowing? 

Aidan: I-I don't know. What's going on? 

 Shanir: I, think you're evolving. 

Aidan: R-Really? 

just as Aidan starts evolving, Blaise sees it and proceeds to stomp on his tail to stop the evolution 

Aidan: yelps in pain What was that for!? 

Blaise: Sorry about that. I'm just not ready to evolve you yet.

Aidan: But did you have to step on my tail to stop me? 

Lellipup: Well, at least you're not me. pans to him with his tail covered in bandages, shaking It hurts. 

Blaise: If you evolve, you lose Pickup. And I'm not losing Pickup. So no. 

Shanir: Oh the joys of not having to evolve. 

Ontario: But I want to evolve. 

Shanir: Well I'm gonna make sure you don't. You ain't battling anything and unless you can get your hands on Rare Candies, you're staying an Oshawatt for life. 

Ontario: Aw man. suddenly, Ontario gets an idea in his head
