In Nimbasa City 

Aidan: Finally, we got our revenge against the Battle Subway. 

Harmony: And we have now secured a Life Orb for me in battle. 

Lasagna: I can tell that's going to come in real handy down the line. 

McFly: I hope so. But it does feel kind of weird to backtrack now of all times. 

Jade: I guess it's better to leave on a higher note than not. 

Pignati: Sure. Let's go with that. Plus it's nice to see Nimbasa City again, all the people and Pokemon around and... Wait what? 

McFly: What is it? 

Pignati: I think that's, Shanir over there. HEY! 

Shanir: looks over Woah! Didn't expect to see you guys here. 

Ontario: Shanir! runs up to her I'm so happy to see you again! It feels like it's been so long! 

Shanir: I've only been gone for a few days. But it is nice to see all you guys again in person. 

Aidan: How's the hunt going for Shimmer? 

Shanir: Not the best unfortunately. There's just a lot of places she could be hiding, so I'm not sure where she could be or not. 

Lasagna: Well I hope you do find her, and get rid of her for good. 

Shanir: I plan on it. ... Say, where's Shantae and Sasha? 

Pignati: Oh, um. Well, Sasha left to take some time to think for herself and we haven't heard from her since. And Shantae... 

Ontario: She went searching for Shimmer as well. 

Shanir: Why am I not surprised. I just need to find Shimmer and this whole situation will be done. 

McFly: But how are you going to find her? And how do you track a ghost? 

Jade: Say I know! Adam and Ava! I'm sure they could sense Shimmer's presence and track her down! 

Shanir: You alright with that Aidan? 

Aidan: As long as you keep my parents safe and protected, then sure. Go for it. 

Shanir: Then that's the plan. I'll head for Castelia Park and have them track her down. 

Jade: Go get her girl! 

McFly: Send her packing to the shadow realm! 

Pignati: ... Just, be careful. Ok? 

Shanir: Don't worry, I'll be fine. leaves 

Ontario: Well then, how bout we get back to Pinwheel Forest and move on. 

Harmony: Sounds perfect. calls Strutly over 

Strutly: Bird Up! flies the gang back to Pinwheel Forest 

meanwhile in Castelia Park 

Shimmer: It won't work. 

Shantae: It has to. Finding N is our best bet in helping you. And they're our only hope of finding him. 

Shimmer: They won't believe us. 

Shantae: Well they have to believe me. You just stay up on the rooftops, and I'll speak to them. Ok? 

Shimmer: ... Ok. 

Shantae: I'll be right back. goes to speak to Adam and Ava 

Shimmer: watches over the ledge before getting another flashback to when the trio was welcomed into Team Plasma 

Shimmer: dragging a cage full of Pokemon I believe this is a suitable amount of Pokemon for your quest of liberation I presume. 

Grunt: Oh yeah, way more than enough. You three work pretty hard I gotta say. 

Shantae: It just feels great to be out actually doing stuff you know. 

Sasha: Like we're actually doing something with our lives. 

Grunt: Well then, I would like to formally welcome you three into the ranks of Neo-Team Plasma. May your efforts on the field help bring about Lord Ghetsis' deepest desires for the world of Pokemon liberation. 

Shimmer: Wow, finally. This sense of satisfaction, it feels so incredible. 

Shantae: My body is already tingling from excitement! 

Sasha: And as long as we'll together, nothing can stand in our way. 

Grunt: Alright, enough talk. We need you three over in Virbank City, and watch out for any teens and their Pokemon trying to get in your way. The boss has had one too many experiences with them. 

Shimmer: You can count on us! 

flashback ends as Shimmer is awoken by Shantae 

Shantae: Shimmer? Everything alright? 

Shimmer: Y-Yeah. I'm good. So what did they say? 

Shantae: It was a tough sell, but they agreed to track down N. 

Shimmer: Ok. That's good. 

Shantae: So now we wait. 

Shimmer: Yeah. Wait. 

Shantae: You sure you're fine? 

Shimmer: Trust me, I'm all good. 

Shantae: Alright. If you say so. 

Shimmer and Shantae float atop the roofs waiting for Adam and Ava to return
