Episode 99

In Nuvema Town 

Shanir: We're here. N shouldn't be too far from here. 

Shimmer: Finally, I'll have the answer I've been looking for. 

Harmony: I wish all of you the best of luck when you meet N. 

Ontario: What do mean by that? 

Pignati: We've got other business to attend to with this whole 'Nature Preserve' somewhere off of Unova, so we'll heading out to Mistralton City to fly there. 

Jade: Sorry we can't stick around you guys. 

Shantae: Don't worry, it's fine. You have your own adventure to deal with, and so do we. 

McFly: But hey, once we're done there, we'll find a place to meet back up after you're done talking to N. 

Sasha: That sounds good. 

Aidan: Well, see you soon, I guess. 

Lasagna: Until we meet again. 

all 6 main members depart from Nuvema Town 

Shanir: Alright then, now to find N. But where could he be? 

Ontario: There he is! HEY! N! OVER HERE! 

N: turns around Oh, hello there. It's been a while since I've seen you guys. 

Sasha: Yeah, since the fight in Giant Chasm. 

N: Indeed. Tell me, what brings you to Nuvema Town? 

Ontario: Well why are you here? 

N: Just, taking in the sites. Recently met up with an old friend of mine, but I'm not sure where they are at the moment. 

Shantae: Well, we've actually come to ask you something. 

N: Really? What's that? 

Shimmer: floats over Do you, know who I am? 

N: ... I do not believe so. Tell me, what is your name? 

Shimmer: Shimmer. I worked for Neo Team Plasma alongside your father, Ghetsis. After Team Plasma fell and Ghetsis fled, I was left on the ground breathing my final breaths. I was angry, enraged from losing to Blaise and her Pokemon, that I sawt my revenge on both them and Unova for taking everything away from me. I had, nothing, growing up. A Pokemon nobody wanted to claim as their own. The only family I ever had, was with Shantae and Sasha. That is until, we joined Team Plasma when they reemerged, and I went on to almost kill Sasha and succeeded in killing Shantae. I had, nothing, at that moment I was left to die in the Giant Chasm. I wanted the world to feel my pain and suffer for ignoring me, all because nobody cared about me at all. Until, Shantae, against all odds, stood by my side and wanted to help me. She told me that if we found you, then you could figure out what happened to me, and if I truly deserve to be redeemed. 

Shantae: We've come a long way to find you N. Please, do this for not just Shimmer's sake, but for the sake of her sisters that love her. 

N: ... I understand. Please, allow me to hear your thoughts. places his hand on Shimmer's ghostly head Your thoughts, are, clouded. This is not of your own volition to block out your feelings from the past. 

Shanir: What do you mean? 

N: Something is, preventing her from remembering the past, and how she truly feels. looks around and spots Ghetsis' cane My father's cane. Sasha, could you bring that over to me? 

Sasha: O-Oh course. takes out the cane and brings it close to him 

N: Now then, places his hand on the cane let's see what my father did to you. places his other hand back on Shimmer's head 

suddenly, within the instant of N's hand resting upon Shimmer's head, Shimmer's mind begins to flood with past memories and buried emotions all being dug up in rapid succession. The pain of these memories burn through Shimmer's head, but eventually she comes to a flashback of first meeting Ghetsis no longer covered in smoke, where the truth is finally revealed
