In Driftveil City 

Ontario: It sure is nice being back in Driftveil City. I can listen to this music for hours. 

Jade: You got that right Ontario, this music slaps hard. 

Harmony: I take it that you mean the music is really good, and not physically hitting you, correct? 

Lasagna: Yup. But hey, at least you're learning. 

McFly: Hey guys, I'm back. 

Aidan: You got that apology video recorded? 

McFly: Yup. Take a look. shows them the video which starts with him sitting down slightly turned away from the camera before letting out a sigh and turning to the camera. He busts out the ukelele and begins to play it while saying his apology speech, obviously not reading his speech just above the camera ... So, what do you think? 

Aidan: ... You're done for. 

McFly: Well, no harm in trying, I guess. I'll send this over to the news team to hopefully save my career. 

Ontario: Good luck. 

Aidan: You'll need it. 

Pignati: watching the others talk, before getting a call from Shanir Hello? Shanir? What is it? 

Shanir: Hey Pignati. I'm at one of the Pokemon Centers stocking up on Pokeballs of all kinds of variety. How's everyone else doing? 

Pignati: Pretty good, I guess. You're really serious about catching Shimmer, aren't you. 

Shanir: Of course. Someone's got to snuff out that evil spirit, might as well be me. 

Pignati: I see. It's just, a weird situation is all. 

Shanir: I know. What's Sasha doing? 

Pignati: She's not here with us. She left shortly after you and we don't know where she is. 

Shanir: I see. Anyway, I need to start searching for Shimmer now. See you soon. ends call 

Pignati: contemplates What's even the right answer at this point? walks back to the others 

meanwhile near a lake in Unova Shimmer and Shantae gaze over the moonlit sky as it reflects off the lake 

Shantae: Such a beautiful scene tonight, don't you think? 

Shimmer: Yeah, I suppose. 

Shantae: I remember when we would stay up late to just stare at the moon, talk about wanting to see it from the outside. 

Shimmer: ... 

Shantae: Look, I know you don't want me around. But I'm making this choice for your sake. To help you remember who you really are. The Snivy who had so many dreams ahead of her. begins to sing 

A Million Dreams 

Shantae: I close my eyes and I can see The world that's waiting up for me That I call my own Through the dark, through the door Through where no one's been before But it feels like home 

suddenly, Shimmer's mind flashes back to when she sung that song back in the starter center

Shimmer's past self begins leaf skating across the floor

Shimmer's past self shows Shantae and Sasha a house she made from vines and objects lying around 

Shimmer: There's a house we can build Every room inside is filled With things from far away The special things I compile Each one there to make you smile On a rainy day 

Shimmer, Shantae, and Sasha begin leaf skating together 

Shimmer: They can say, they can say it all sounds crazy They can say, they can say we've lost our minds I don't care, I don't care if they call us crazy Runaway to a world that we design 

cuts back to Shimmer in the present singing

Shantae joins in and dances with Shimmer

the two float next to each other and gaze out onto the moonlit lake, as Shimmer begins to feel a sense of joy for the first time in a long while
