Episode 61

On Team Plasma Frigate 

Shimmer: dragging her 4 captives inside Finally. That took way longer than it should have. 

Grunt: Well, look who it is. Thought you got lost somewhere. 

Shimmer: Well I'd be here sooner if you didn't fly away when you did. But look what I found. points to Sasha, Ontario, Adam, and Ava tied up and still unconscious 

Grunt: Aren't those the Umbreons that ran away? And also that Dewott from the experiment and Serperior that escaped? 

Shimmer: Exactly. And while I planned to execute them on the spot, I've decided to wait a little bit until their 'friends' come along. Take them down to Kyurem, I've got big plans ahead of me. 

Grunt: If you say so. 

Shimmer: By the way, where's Shantae?

Shantae: Not sure. Last I knew she was guarding the Crustle room. 

Shimmer: ... I see. leaves 

Shimmer makes her way to the Crustle room, only to find the room completely empty of Crustles and only Shantae is seen on the opposite side 

Shimmer: You've got to be kidding me. walks over to Shantae Hey! 

Shantae: jolted awake, but still low on energy Sh-Shimmer? Is, that you? 

Shimmer: Yes, it is. Tell me, what happened here? 

Shantae: heavy breathing I was, trying to stop them, from stealing the Crustles, but they threw me like a pebble into a boulder repeatedly. Then they just left me here alone. How long have I been out? 

Shimmer: I don't know, and frankly, I don't care. Now stand up. 

Shantae: still reeling in pain I... I don't think I can. I just, need to lie down a bit. 

Shimmer: Listen, our base is probably going to be attacked by those guys, and I need everyone in tip top shape to stop them! Lord Ghetsis' plan must not fail! 

Shantae: heavy breathing Is that what you want? 

Shimmer: What? 

Shantae: To appease Ghetsis. Is that what you really want? Why we choose to side with Team Plasma? I know you told Sasha and I just how much you adored Team Plasma and Ghetsis, and were excited to finally join them. But, I don't think that's why Sasha or I joined as well. We just, wanted to be with you, as sisters. None of us had any family growing up, so we formed our own when no one else would take us. We were all so happy together. And at the time, while working for Team Plasma, I was just happy we were doing things together as sisters. But... now I feel like things have changed for the worse. Team Plasma wants to freeze over Unova, and Grass Types and ice don't mix at all. And all the lives of Pokemon we hurt and stolen all this time, just for our own gain. Is that really a good thing? I stayed with you and Sasha because I didn't want to be alone, but with Sasha on the run, and Team Plasma ready to freeze the world, this isn't the world I want. All I wanted, was a family that loves me. I thought that was what we had. Tell me, is that still true? Will we still be sisters after all of this is done? 

Shimmer: ... I see. I understand now. uses her vines to lift Shantae off the ground Come, I'll help you out of here. 

Shantae: To a doctor? 

Shimmer: ... Sure. Sure. There's just one thing I need to show you. 

Shimmer brings Shantae down to Kyurem is being held 

Shimmer: Remember this place? 

Shantae: O-Of course. How could I forget? 

Shimmer: Well, take a good look around. Notice anything? 

Shantae: looks up, and gasps. Above her lie Sasha tied and hanging from the ceiling with Ontario, Adam, and Ava hanging from her Y-You, found her? 

Shimmer: Yup. Along with some other friends as well. blows a whistle, waking the four up Rise and shine girls and fellas. I wouldn't want you to miss the show. 

Ontario: Show? What show? 

Adam: Oh no. We're in Team Plasma's Frigate. 

Ava: I feel sick to my stomach being back here. 

Sasha: S-Shimmer? W-Why are we here? 

Shimmer: Well if you must know, your friends will so be here to try and stop us. But, little do they know we have something special waiting for them. Kyurem. 

Kyurem: .......... 

Shimmer: I'll turn those guys into popsicles so cold their brains will literally freeze and cease functioning. But, to make sure it all goes to plan. I feel as if I need to test it on someone. looks up and Sasha and the others And while I wanted it to be one of you, looks towards Shantae Someone else decided to volunteer. 

Shantae: W-Wait, wh... 

Shimmer: snaps her fingers to signal and Elekid to paralyze Shantae 

Shantae: W-What's happening!? I-I can't move! 

Sasha: gasps NO! Shimmer! Don't do this! 

Shimmer: Sorry girls, pushes Shantae into the blast zone But traitors must not be taken loosely. Not anymore. If Lord Ghetsis wishes to bring his greatest desires to fruition, then no one must oppose his ideals. steps away from Shantae And to think I called you my sisters. But now you're our enemies. Kyurem. ... Fire. 

Kyurem charges up his Ice Beam as Shantae begs for her life, but to no avail Kyurem lets out a beam of ice right through Shantae, freezing and encasing her in solid ice 

Sasha: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! 

Ontario: scared out of his mind 

Adam and Ava: quivering in fear 

Shimmer: walks over to the chunk of ice Let this be a lesson, to both people and Pokemon. If you dare oppose us, all of you will be disposed of. kicks the ice chunk to the other side of the room 

Sasha: failing to hold back her tears Shantae... No... 

sirens go off 

Grunt: Red Alert! I repeat! Red Alert! Enemy forces have entered the base! 

Shimmer: Well, look who's here. We'll wait right here and watch them walk right into our trap. And don't worry Sasha, you'll get to see Shantae soon. 

Sasha: speechless 

Ontario: Shanir, everyone. Please,... save us.
