Returning to Opelucid City 

Jade: Well that was a fun shopping trip! 

Harmony: Indeed it was. 

Ontario: I can't believe they sold scallops here! I thought those were only found on the beach. I can't wait to give this to Shanir. 

McFly: Uh, Ontario. You do realize Shanir's not with us right now right? 

Ontario: She's not? 

Pignati: Yeah. I told you guys that she went to do more training. 

Ontario: ... Huh. 

Aidan: ... 

Jade: You holding up there Aidan? 

Aidan: Mostly, I guess. I've had a lot of time to clear my head, but I can't stop thinking about my parents. 

Jade: Well look, when we find them, we'll get them back. I promise. 

McFly: But how are we going to find them? 

Harmony: ... Everyone, listen. I am picking up whimpers that align with the sounds of an Umbreon close by. 

Pignati: Umbreons? 

Jade: You don't think? 

Aidan: Only one way to find out. 

the group heads towards the center of the city, where they spot the two Umbreons Adam and Ava speaking to a crowd of people 

Adam: Please, anyone. Have you seen our son? 

Ava: His name is Aidan. He's an Eevee and we have to find him. 

Ontario: Oh my Arceus. 

Pignati: It's actually them! 

McFly: B-But how!? How did they...? Why are they...? When did they...? 

Jade: Who cares about that, Aidan! There they are! 

Aidan: ... staring in disbelief Wait. How do we know they aren't still under Team Plasma's control? 

Pignati: Harmony? 

Harmony: My senses tell me that the Umbreons are of their own free will. However the trigger for their innate behavior still lingers. Fortunately, my physic powers should allow me to dissolve the trigger freeing them from their internal prison. 

Ontario: ... Huh? 

Harmony: I will show you. Pignati. Grabs the Umbreons and force them to look into my eye. 

Pignati: You ok with this Aidan? 

Aidan: ... Yes. Do what has to be done. Save my family. 

Pignati: Alright. 

Pignati walks over and grabs the two with one in each hand, spins them around and has them look Harmony in her eye. Harmony's eye begins spiraling around as the Umbreons are unable to look away. Eventually, Harmony's eye returns to normal and orders Pignati to set them down

McFly: Did it work? 

Harmony: Let me check. proceeds to mimic the sound of an Eevee whistle, prompting Aidan and his parent's ears to hurt 

Aidan: Ow! Since when could you make that sound!? 

Harmony: Since hundreds of years ago. 

Jade: Cool. 

Aidan: Not cool. 

Adam: Ow, ow, ow. My head hurts. 

Ava: And my ears are ringing. But, I feel, normal? 

Adam: looks around I, have control of myself. 

Ava: Does that mean...? looks over and spots the Vaporeon Aidan? 

Aidan: Mom? Dad? 

Adam: Son... rushes over to him alongside Ava and hug their son for the first time in years 

Aidan: unable to hold back his tears I'm so happy to see you guys again! 

Ava: So are we, my son. 

Aidan: stops hugging I, I don't know what to say. But, I do have one question... 

immediate jumpcut to Ghetsis and Team Plasma in a meeting 

Ghetsis: HOW DID THEY ESCAPE!!?!?! 

Grunt: L-Lord Ghetsis. I promise you, we will find out how these Umbreons escaped and bring them back. 

Ghetsis: Well you'd better! I spent a lot of time making those Umbreons the ultimate weapons of destruction and now they're gone! 

Shimmer: My lord, if I may. Sasha and I were on patrol of the area the Umbreons vanished. The two of us should have ample amount of data to find out who did it. 

Ghetsis: 'Who' did it? 

Shimmer: Yup. I saw the whole event play out. However I was too slow to intervene, and I couldn't see the traitors face. A Watchog. But rest assured, that Watchog will be brought to justice. 

Ghetsis: It better. cuts broadcast 

Shimmer: Sasha, let's go somewhere private. whispers So that the traitor can't hear us. 

Sasha: O-Of course. Right away. follow Shimmer
