Jade: Ah... I don't know why, but this place feels so peaceful. 

McFly: It's probably the ambient music being played around here. I think, at least? 

Harmony: I believe that is the case. Music is said to affect people and Pokemon's mental state and adapt to different environments. Somber music can help put people who are stressed out at ease. Energetic music can get people fired up and ready to take on anything. It certainly is a universal cure for anything. 

Ontario: Universal cure you say? eyes Aidan Say Aidan, what kind of music do you... 

Aidan: Don't even think about trying to sing to me. That's not going to work. chucks another stone off the bridge into the water 

McFly: How many stones have you gone through? 

Aidan: observes his claws Not enough. 

Pignati: Look, Aidan. I know you're upset about what happened a few days ago, but like, none of us knew you had parents and that they were taken from you. 

Aidan: ... Someone did. 

Shanir: He's right. He told me about what happened to his parents. 

McFly: And you never bothered to tell us? 

Shanir: He said he wanted to wait for the right time, so I respected his wishes. 

Jade: Yeah, but like, that's a pretty big secret to keep for, how long? 

Aidan: About a month, maybe two? I lost count. 

McFly: Man, this is heavy. 

Aidan: None of that matters now. We're approaching Opelucid City, Team Plasma's sure to be there, and so will I. 

Harmony: By the tone of your voice and previous actions, it seems as though you are looking to do more than battle Team Plasma. 

McFly: You're not, planning on, killing them, are you? 

Aidan: ... I've killed once before. I'll do it again if I have to. walks off 

Shanir: ... This is my fault. I should have told you guys. 

Pignati: I know telling us wouldn't have healed the issue, but it would have made us more prepared. 

Jade: Yeah, not a smart move Shanir. 

Ontario: Guys, come on. There's no way Aidan would actually kill someone, right? 

Shanir: ... I wouldn't put it past him. But if he does, we have to be there to restrain him. Got it? 

Jade: Of course. I'll do anything to keep my best friend safe. 

Harmony: Will we do everything in our power. 

McFly: Well what are we waiting for? To Opelucid City! 

the gang heads out to the city. Meanwhile from a distance, The Servine Sisters spy on them moving west 

Shimmer: on a walkie Lord Ghetsis, the Pokemon team is heading for Opelucid City. But we'll make sure they don't interfere with our plans. Send out whatever spare rats and cats you have and along with the Umbreons, those guys will be ours. 

Ghetsis: As you wish. Do not fail me. cuts out 

Shimmer: Don't worry my lord, I don't plan on it.
