Madeline's POV:

Yesterday was Nova's day. We held her, loved her, cared for her, but today is my day! My birthday and I'm so excited.
I wasn't really excited, but Sin was hyping it up so much that I am now excited. I didn't really care what we did, but I at least wanted to do something today that didn't involve working and accepting gift from random people. I always cherish my gifts, but it will be nice if I could do something with my husband. He said he had many gifts and surprises for me today, and I couldn't help, but feel excited.

I woke up and smiled. I turned, but found the bed empty.

Well, that's one way to start your birthday.

I heard a bell and looked confused until the door was pushed open. I looked at Sin as he had a plate of breakfast on a tray with a huge smile. I laughed and clapped.

"Happy birthday, wife!" He screamed and set my tray on the bed. I stared at him for awhile making him confused.

"If you're mad about me not being in bed I am sorry. I thought I would surprise you with breakfast in-

I kissed him to stop his rambling. He was regretting his decision, but made him stop regretting it. I hugged him tight and kissed his face.

"I love you...so much." I said and rubbed my nose to his. He smiled and told me it back. I jumped on him and thanked him a billion times.
"You're menstruating." He groaned and I looked confused.

He always thinks nasty instead of being supportive. I got down and sat on the bed. I ate a slice of bacon and moaned at the delicious flavor.

Sin left the room, but he came back when I finished. He had bags and boxes in his hands. I laughed and cleaned my hands. He grabbed my tray and sped out.
I drank water and grabbed the big box. I went to open, but Sin sat by me and made me pause.

"Open this first." He gave me the little bag and I laughed and took it.

"What did you get me?" I smiled and was excited. I grabbed the little box inside and opened it. I gasped and squealed.

It was little white baby bootees. I didn't understand but they were so cute.

He gave me the last bag and I opened it. I grabbed a white baby jacket. I frowned and grabbed the first box.

"Sin, I'm not understanding. What is this?" I asked, and when I tore the wrapping paper from the box it was a shoe box. They were white sneakers that were actually really cute.

They matched the baby bootees.

I grabbed the last box and unwrapped it.

"Surprise!" He held his arms open wide and I was more confused than ever.
"Do you like it?" He asked as I stared at all the baby stuff I got. I threw the baby shoes and folded my arms with a huff.

"I don't want this, Sin! I...I thought I would get a gift not the babies." I said and he rolled his eyes. He poked my stomach and I slapped his hand away.

"Baby, you're pregnant." He said and my face fell.

"Wh-what? I'm on my period-

"It happens, but you are. I can hear the heartbeat, I smell you. I smelled it three days ago meaning you're a week and three days." He said with a proud smirk. I watched him to see if he was serious, but he didn't look like he was joking. I covered my mouth with my hands and gasped.

"N-no." I said and he nodded. "Y-you're serious?!" I asked and was about to cry. He nodded and I hurried to hug him. I kissed his mouth before he busted out laughing.
