THE WIND WAS HARSH AGAINST HER FACE AS SHE SAT IN THE BACK OF THE TRUCK. It had felt like hours since Liv had been taken and told to "Sit still," as she hitched a ride to God knows where. Soon they came up to a fenced in house, that from the road looked huge. There were guards with guns standing watch, and another with a dog that sniffed around the truck before it was decided they could be let in.

It took a couple minutes to finally reach the house, which gave Liv time to take in her surroundings. Green grass spread for acres around the property, lined with a plethora of guards. The fact that every man had a gun was starting to freak her out.

She was taken by the arm and led to the front doors, where a woman in a black and white housekeeper outfit was waiting. Liv was let go of and nudged inside, the door being locked behind her. It was as if she had stepped into another time period, the decor being old fashioned and artifacts lining the furniture.

"Take her upstairs. The Orinoco room," The housekeeper spoke to one of the guards.

"This way," He said as he grabbed Liv's arm and pulled her to the stairs. She winced as he held onto the same spot the other guard had been holding earlier. "Inside," He opened a door and let go of her.

"Why was I brought here? Who do you work for?" Liv tried to get answers out of the man.

"Dinner at eight," He replied. "I'd clean up."

"Please, just tell me what they want from me, please—"

Her words fell on deaf ears as the man closed the door. The girl cursed as she heard the lock turn. With a sigh, Liv turned around to take in the room. It was nice and well-kept, with a large bed and a bathroom attached. Her attention fell on the open wardrobe, where multiple red dresses were hung up. A small note saying PICK YOUR SIZE was placed on one of the hangers. Liv ran her fingers along the silky material, cringing at the bright red color that would most likely clash with her hair.

Although she was technically kidnapped, Liv felt as though she was given a pretty nice place to stay. She rolled her eyes at herself and made her way to the bathroom to take a shower. She'd missed them a lot.

Liv assumed a few hours had passed when she heard a knock on the door. She had been daydreaming, thinking back to her island paradise with JJ. She was worried for the boy, knowing he was most likely freaking out over her absence. She couldn't blame her boyfriend though— she'd be the exact same if it were him in her position.

With her freshly washed hair and new dress, she stood from the bed as the housekeeper walked in. "He's ready," She said, then nodded her head towards the hall. Liv followed as the woman brought her down the stairs and into another large room.

A man in a suit was faced away from her, so she decided to call out to who she assumed to be her kidnapper. "Excuse me?" She spoke, watching as he turned around only to see the familiar face of Rafe Cameron. His brows raised, seemingly shocked to see her. "Oh, so it is Ward who's behind all of this," Liv shook her head, walking closer.
