OLIVIA PRIMROSE WAS USED TO BEING ALONE. She'd been alone for most of her life, so it wasn't a new feeling for her. After letting Kiara drop her off at her house the morning after the anniversary party, Liv was alone once again.

Harry Styles blasted from her phone, the songs Falling and To Be So Lonely being played the most.

She didn't know what to think of the entire kidnapping situation. Of course she believed JJ and John B, but why was Big John taken in the first place? She felt like she had been left in the dark about most things, and she hated it. As much as she didn't want JJ to leave, she knew she had to let him go. He'd known John B and his dad much longer than he'd known her. It was only fair.

Plus, she wasn't going to be one of those terrible, clingy girlfriends.

Laying in her bed and staring at the ceiling was reminding her of her days in her hometown. That was how she'd usually end up after coming home from school, and often fell asleep like that.

As she battled with her mind, Liv was unaware of the pair coming up to her front door. Pope and Cleo knocked frantically, only to be met with Hazel opening the door. The teens begged to talk to their friend, who they hadn't seen in a little while. Hazel wanted to object— and she almost did— but she agreed and made them wait on the front porch.

Hazel knocked a few times on Liv's door and peeked in. "Liv? A couple of your friends are at the door."

The girl shot up into a sitting position and scrambled to turn her music off. "Really?"

"Mhm," Hazel nods, "I thought this kind of stuff was over, Liv."

Liv's cheeks flush as she stands and starts to walk towards her door. "Yeah, I don't know," She speaks quietly as she heads to the front porch.

"You know I love you, but this running off has to stop, Liv. We talked about this," Hazel says sternly as she follows the younger girl.

"I know, I know. I'll just see what they need. No running off, I promise," She smiles, then spins and opens the front door to see Pope pacing and Cleo standing with her arms crossed.

Pope whips his head up at the sound of the door, then immediately asks, "Do you still have that picture you took at Singh's? The one of the painting?"

"Yeah, why?" Liv responds as she pulls up her email on her phone. Pope grabs it and says a quick thank you before moving to sit on a porch chair. "Alrighty. What are you looking for?"

"Something Cleo found, actually," He replies as he looks through Liv's phone. "Here it is," Pope hands her a piece of parchment, "it's a letter Denmark Tanny wrote to his daughter."

"We found it last night. Family heirlooms and thingums," Cleo nods as Liv looks the letter over.

"We think we found a connection to the idol. Look, check this out," Pope holds out another piece of paper with a slew of graphics and holds up the picture. "See the king sun glyph here? It matches the one in the painting at Singh's house."
