I turn towards this person and nearly freeze in place. The other end of his lightsaber buzzes on, turning it into a staff. A man, at least 3feet taller than myself- red, covered in black tattoos stand before me. Horns came out of his head. He eyes the ring in my hand, his jaw clenching in anger as his piercing gold stare holds me in place.

Before then, I'd never seen such a weapon.  With dark eyes, he begins to step toward me.

"Who are you?", I turn to him fully."What is it you want?"

"Give it to me now, and I will make your death a quick one", he demands. I hold it away.

"Who the hell are you?! What are you doing here?!", I yell.

A laugh that barely contained his rage and impatience erupts from his throat as he gets closer. We are circling the ice chuck now from which the ring came.

"It's not who I am that should concern you, but who you where",he seethes.

I take hold of the chain and swing it around my hand. The cool metal hits my palm and I ball my fist up. Unwillingly, I took notice of how he eyes it-thinking I was about to put it on.

Lowering my chin to my chest, I glare under my brow.

"Come get it then", I challenged. He chuckles darkly.

"Have it your way", he seethes and lunges for me.

He swings down left and right but I lean out of the way. An overhead swing, and I block it with mine, coming back with a hard left elbow to his face. When he stumbles back, I swing my lightsaber around once, collecting any and all will to survive this.

He does the same and tries another overhead  thrust. I block and with the other end of his weapon, he aims for the hand in which I am holding the ring. I shove him off and let him soar past me.

I pant as I unwind the chain from around my head and slip it over my head.A spin of my saber and I wield it like a backwards knife now.

"Stupid girl!...Do you have any idea what it is you possess? You would have never found it had I not let you here!..I just didn't'know I wouldn't be the only one in search for It-"

"I am in "search" for nothing!", I yell, it echos throughout the cave. I was hoping by chance Ahsoka would hear me without making it too obvious. "You have no right to be here! Now, leave. Before it's too late."

His condescending laugh echos throughout the cave. The light from our swords reflect against the wall of the cave as we circle the pillar.

"Entertaining, really-this-worthless display of bravery", he nods, motioning toward me with his sword. I glare and say nothing, pointing my saber back at him.

"Hmm...Master was right. Your so very much like your Father-"

"What the hell could you possibly know about my Father?", I grit.

"Stubborn! Blind. ...I know enough to know he is not the man you think he is",he smirks.

"Your lying", I shake my head as we continue to circle one another.

"He never told you", he states as if realizing something. Told me what?

He scoffs and shakes his head lightly, getting back into stance.

"I'm afraid one of us will not be leaving this place tonight, Princess", he says.

"Yeah?', I raise my eyebrow."And that'd be you-"

I lunge forward and come down with 3 overhand strikes in a row. This takes him by surprise and he falters back, almost tripping over a rock. Before he could become aware of his surroundings again, I charge and swing my saber to connect with his-left, right, left, right-left.

But he blocks every single one. I pass my saber behind my back and hold it up in time to stop a blow to my heart. The other end swings for my head, but I duck down and shove him away from me.

While he was more skilled than I, I was faster-and eventually I'd wear him out I believed.

He yells out, frustrated and returns with a backhand swing. I duck.  He tries again and I backbend to avoid it, kicking him dead in the face and he stumbles back.

When I come back up, my hair sloshes across my face.I whip as much as I can out of my face and look down-the ring was still secured around my neck. I look up to him again.

"Enough!", he yells and extends his hand.

I fly backwards into the cave wall. The wind is knocked out of me and I fall face first into the water. The temperature is shocks me as I gasp and sit up immediately, my hand flying to my neck where I feel nothing now.

I look across the way and see his hand still extended-the ring swinging from his grasp.

"NO!", I take a step forward.

R2 swings around a rock on the steps from where he was hidden. A rod extends and shocks the man to where he falls to his knees. I too felt a tiny shock from the water I stood in.

He yells in pain and thrusts his hand out towards R2, sending the current back and nearly frying him. R2 flies into a wall and falls back as the ring falls from his hand back into the dark water. R2 whirs lowly on the ground.

'NO!", I yell, pushing myself to my feet.

I am half way there when he raises his weapon above his head, ready to bring it down on poor R2 when I jump off of a rock and land on the stairs-blocking the swing he was about to deliver.

R2's gadgets push him stand again and his faceplate spins.

"Are you alright!?", I yell over my shoulder to him.

Pain seared through my left shoulder and I yell out, falling to one knee. He comes around again but I hold my saber up to hold him off-gritting my teeth.

One handed, I hold my lightsaber up and thrust my right hand out towards him. He slid back on the steps, the look of pure worry rests in his eyes. I ball my fist up and he begins to levitate. As he rises, so do I to my feet.

He gasps and claws at his throat. His saber falls beneath him and switches off. I glare under my brow and release a scream, extending my fingers. He flies back into the cave wall with a pained grunt and falls into the water.

I see his saber hilt laying on the ground and tried to kick it into the water. He holds a single hand up and instead, it connects into his palm. I freeze.

He looks up from the water and his eyes glow bright gold now. The saber switches on as he glares at me. An angry screech erupts from him as he stands, rocks beginning to crumble from the ceiling and fall into the water-the cave around us begins to collapse.

I take one step down into the water, shining my saber around to hopefully catch a glimpse of the ring , but I find nothing.

I look to him once more and grit my teeth, yelling out.

"Come on!!", I yell and run down the tunnel hall again, R2 close on my heels.
