Y/n was a chef who loved cooking and experimenting with new recipes. You worked at a popular restaurant in the city, where you was known for your creative dishes and friendly personality. You enjoyed your job, but you also had a secret hobby: watching VTubers.

VTubers were virtual entertainers who streamed various content online, such as games, music, or chat. You was fascinated by their colorful avatars and lively voices, and you followed several of them on YouTube and Twitch. Your favorite one was Tokoyami Towa, a devil girl with long, purple, and pink hair worn in twin tails, light green eyes, and a thin devil's tail. Her main outfit consisted of a black top that was covered with a short white jacket that left her stomach exposed, a matching pair of black shorts, and a pair of black, bright green, and purple sneakers. Unlike most other members of Hololive, Towa's main outfit also had her wearing several piercings, which could be found in her ears and navel. She also wore a black hat with devil horns, though this hat was actually her pet and mascot named Bibi.

You loved Towa's voice, which was powerful and expressive. You loved her personality, which was sweet, kind-hearted, and down to earth. You loved her gaming skills, which were impressive and exciting. You loved her singing talent, which was amazing and captivating. You loved everything about her, and you had a huge crush on her.

You watched every stream she did, and you always left supportive comments and donations. You joined her fan club, TowaFam, and you made friends with other fans who shared their admiration for her. You bought her merchandise, such as posters, stickers, keychains, and plushies. You even had a dakimakura of her that you hugged every night before going to sleep.

You knew that your crush was unrealistic and one-sided. You knew that Towa was a virtual character who had no idea who you was. You knew that she had thousands of fans who loved her just as much as you did. You knew that you had no chance of ever meeting her or talking to her in real life. But you didn't care. You was happy just watching her and supporting her from afar.

One day, however, your life changed when you met her by accident.

It was a sunny afternoon, and you had just finished your shift at the restaurant. You decided to go to the park nearby to relax and enjoy the fresh air. You brought your laptop with you so you could watch Towa's stream later.

You found a nice spot under a tree and sat down on a bench. You opened your laptop and checked the time. Towa's stream would start in 15 minutes. You smiled and waited patiently.

As you was waiting, you heard a familiar voice nearby.

"Konyappi! It's me, Tokoyami Towa!"

Your eyes widened as you recognized the voice. It was Towa! You looked around and saw her walking towards you.

She looked exactly like her avatar, except she was wearing a mask over her mouth and sunglasses over her eyes. She also had a backpack on her back that seemed to contain some equipment.

She was holding a phone in her hand, and she was talking to it.

"Hey guys! I'm doing an IRL stream today! I'm going to show you around the city and have some fun! Are you ready?"

You realized that she was streaming live right now. You checked your laptop and saw that she had indeed started her stream early.

You felt your heart racing as you watched her approach you. You couldn't believe that she was here in front of you. You wondered what she was doing here.

You wanted to say something to her, but you was too nervous and shy. You didn't know what to say or how to act.

You decided to just stay quiet and pretend that you didn't notice her.

Towa walked past you and stopped at the fountain nearby.

She turned to face the phone and smiled.

"Look at this fountain! It's so pretty! Let's make a wish!"

She took out a coin from her pocket and threw it into the water.

"I wish... I wish... I wish I could meet someone who loves me for who I am!"

She giggled and winked at the camera.

"What about you guys? What do you wish for?"

You felt your chest ache as you heard her wish. You wished for the same thing.

You wished you could meet someone who loved him for who you was.

You wished you could meet Towa.

You wished you could tell her how you felt.

You wished she would notice you.

You wished she would love you back.

But you knew it was impossible.

You sighed and closed your laptop.

You got up from the bench and walked away.

You didn't want to watch anymore.

You didn't want to see her anymore.

You didn't want to hurt anymore.

You left the park without looking back.

You didn't see Towa turn around and look at you with curiosity.

You didn't see Bibi jump out of her hat and follow you with interest.

You didn't see Towa chase after you with excitement.

You didn't see your wish come true.
