The stream started.

Mumei's avatar appeared on the screen, smiling and waving.

She said in a cute voice:

"Hello, everyone! Welcome to my debut stream! I'm Nanashi Mumei, a civilization owl who has amnesia. I'm part of the Hololive Council, the second generation of Hololive English VTubers. I'm very happy to meet you all!"

The chat exploded with messages.

They said things like:

"Hello, Mumei! We love you!"

"Mumei is so cute!"

"Welcome to Hololive, Mumei!"

"Mumei is best owl!"

"Mumei, you're amazing!"

Mumei read some of the messages, and thanked them.

She said:

"Thank you, thank you, thank you! You're all so kind and supportive! I'm very grateful for your warm welcome!"

She smiled brightly.

She continued:

"In this stream, I'm going to tell you more about myself, and answer some of your questions. I hope you enjoy it, and have fun with me!"

She proceeded to introduce herself, and share some of her interests and hobbies.

She talked about her love for history, puzzles and trains.

She showed them the gifts that Phi gave her, and praised him for being a good manager.

She also talked about her amnesia, and how she didn't remember anything about her past or her role as a civilization owl.

She said:

"I don't know who I am, or where I came from. I don't know what I did, or what I can do. I don't know why I'm here, or what I'm supposed to do. I don't know anything... But I want to know. I want to remember. I want to find out the truth."

She looked sad.

She continued:

"That's why I joined Hololive. I thought that maybe by becoming a VTuber, and interacting with you and the other members of the Hololive Council, I might be able to recover my memories. Maybe by streaming and having fun, I might be able to discover myself. Maybe by being with you, I might be able to find my purpose."

She looked hopeful.

She continued:

"So please, stay with me. Support me. Help me. Guide me. Teach me. Be my friends. Be my family. Be my... everything."

She looked sincere.

She continued:

"Because you are... everything to me."

She looked at the camera with a gentle smile.

The chat went wild with messages.

They said things like:

"Mumei is so precious!"

"Mumei is so brave!"

"Mumei is so pure!"

"Mumei is our everything!"

"Mumei, we love you!"

Mumei read some of the messages, and thanked them.

She said:

"Thank you, thank you, thank you! You're all so wonderful and amazing! I'm very lucky to have you in my life!"
