You and Lamy started to practice together for the sports festival. They met every day after school and ran around the track, improving their speed and stamina. They also did some stretching and warm-up exercises, helping each other with their posture and breathing.

They enjoyed each other's company and had fun while practicing. They talked about their hobbies, interests, dreams, and fears. They learned more about each other and became closer.

You discovered that Lamy was not only beautiful and smart, but also sweet and funny. She had a gentle voice and a cute laugh. She loved snowflakes and winter, and wanted to visit Hokkaido someday. She was good at cooking and drawing, and liked to read manga and watch anime. 

Lamy discovered that you was not only cute and kind, but also smart and brave. You had a calm demeanor and a warm smile. You loved music and games, and wanted to travel around the world someday. You was good at math and science, and liked to solve puzzles and riddles. You was also a fan of Hololive, and watched their streams regularly. You supported them and wanted to meet them.

They realized that they had a lot in common, and felt a bond between them. They also felt something else, something deeper.

They felt attraction.

They started to notice each other's features more often. They admired each other's eyes, hair, lips, skin, etc. They felt their hearts race when they touched each other's hands, shoulders, arms, etc. They felt butterflies in their stomachs when they looked at each other's faces, smiles, expressions, etc.

They wanted to be more than partners.

The day of the sports festival arrived. You and Lamy were ready to compete in the relay race. They wore matching white and blue jerseys, with their names and numbers on the back. They looked like a couple, and many people noticed.

They received a lot of attention and comments from their classmates and teachers. Some of them were supportive and encouraging, while others were jealous and mocking.

"Wow, Y/N and Lamy are partners? They're so lucky!"

"They're so cute together! I ship them!"

"They're just friends, right? There's no way Lamy would like Y/N."

"Y/N is such a loser. He doesn't deserve Lamy."

They ignored the negative remarks and focused on the positive ones. They also focused on each other.

They went to the starting line and waited for their turn. They were the last pair in their team, which meant they had to run the final lap. They felt nervous and excited at the same time.

They looked at each other and smiled.

"Y/N, are you ready?" Lamy asked you.

You nodded and said:

"Yes, Lamy-senpai. I'm ready."

Lamy squeezed your hand and said:

"Y/N, I have something to tell you."

You felt curious and nervous as you heard her words. You wondered what she wanted to tell you.

"What is it, Lamy-senpai?" you asked.

Lamy leaned closer to you and whispered in your ear:

"I love you."

You felt your heart stop as you heard her words. You couldn't believe that she confessed her love to you. You felt a wave of emotion in your chest as you looked at her.

"Lamy-senpai, you love me?" you repeated.

Lamy nodded and said:

"Yes, Y/N. I love you. I've loved you for a long time. You're the reason why I asked you to be my partner. You're the reason why I practiced with you every day. You're the reason why I'm happy."

You felt your eyes water as you listened to her. You couldn't believe that she loved you the same way you loved her. You felt a warm feeling in your chest as you looked at her.

"Lamy-senpai, I love you too." you said.

Lamy's eyes sparkled as she heard you. She moved closer to you and kissed you.

"Y/N, I'm so happy. Thank you for loving me back." she said.

You kissed her back and said:

"Lamy-senpai, thank you for choosing me."

They hugged each other and felt their hearts beat in sync. They felt like they were in heaven.

But then, they heard a loud noise from behind. They turned around and saw their teammate passing them the baton.

They realized that they forgot about the race.

They quickly let go of each other and grabbed the baton.

They ran as fast as they could, trying to catch up with the other teams.

They didn't know if they would win or lose, but they knew one thing for sure:

They loved each other.
