You was a high school student who had no interest in love. You was too busy studying and preparing for your exams. You had no friends, no hobbies, no dreams. You was just a hopeless student who lived a dull and lonely life.

One day, you was walking home from school when you saw a crowd of people gathered around a car accident. You pushed your way through the crowd and saw a young woman lying on the ground, bleeding from her head. She was unconscious and looked like she was in pain.

You felt a surge of compassion for the woman. You remembered that you had learned some basic first aid skills in your health class. You decided to help her until the ambulance arrived. You took off your jacket and wrapped it around her head to stop the bleeding. You checked her pulse and breathing and made sure she was in a stable position.

You stayed with her until the paramedics came and took her away. You never got to see her face clearly or ask her name. You just hoped that she would be okay.

You went home feeling strangely happy. You felt like you had done something good for someone else. You felt like he had a purpose in life.

You didn't know that the woman you saved was Yuzuki Choco, a nurse Vtuber who worked for Hololive company. She was a young adult female demon who had a mature figure and a soothing voice. She was also your childhood friend who had moved away when they were kids.

She had recognized you as soon as she saw you. She had been looking for you for years, hoping to reunite with you and confess her feelings. She had taken the job as a school nurse at your high school to get closer to you, but she never got the chance to talk to you.

She was on her way to work when she got hit by a car. She thought she was going to die, but then she saw you coming to her rescue. She felt your warmth and kindness as you cared for her wound. She felt your heartbeat as you held her hand.

She fell in love with you all over again.

Choco woke up in the hospital, feeling groggy and confused. She tried to remember what had happened to her. She remembered the car crash, the pain, the blood. She remembered your face, your voice, your touch.

She wondered if you was still there, if you had followed her to the hospital. She wanted to see you again, to thank you for saving her life, to tell you how she felt.

She looked around the room and saw a bouquet of flowers on the bedside table. There was a card attached to it. She reached for it and read it.

"Dear Choco,

I'm sorry I couldn't stay with you at the hospital. I had to go back to school and finish some assignments. I hope you're feeling better and recovering well. You're very brave and strong.

I don't know if you remember me, but we used to be friends when we were kids. We lived in the same neighborhood and played together every day. You were always so kind and cheerful. You taught me how to draw and sing. You made me happy.

Then one day, you moved away and I never saw you again. I was very sad and lonely. I missed you a lot.

I never forgot about you. I always wondered where you were and what you were doing. I hoped that you were happy and healthy.

I was so surprised and happy when I saw you again at the accident scene. I didn't recognize you at first, but then I saw your eyes and your smile. You looked so beautiful and grown-up.

I wanted to talk to you more, but then the paramedics came and took you away. I was worried about you and prayed for your recovery.

I'm sorry if this sounds weird or creepy, but I have something to tell you. Something that I've been keeping in my heart for a long time.

I love you, Choco. I've always loved you since we were kids. You're my first and only love.

Please don't hate me for saying this. Please don't think that I'm taking advantage of your situation. Please don't reject me.

I just wanted to be honest with you and let you know how I feel.

Please reply to me when you can. You can call me or text me or email me or whatever you prefer.

My number is 555-1234. My email is Y/N@hololive.com.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Yours sincerely,

Y/N"

Choco read the card over and over again, feeling a mix of emotions. She was shocked, touched, moved, happy, scared, nervous, excited.

She couldn't believe that you loved her too. She couldn't believe that you had been looking for her all these years. She couldn't believe that you had confessed his feelings so openly and sincerely.

She felt her heart beating faster and faster. She felt her cheeks burning red. She felt her lips curling into a smile.

She loved you too. She had always loved you since they were kids. You was her first and only love.

She wanted to reply to you right away. She wanted to tell you how she felt. She wanted to see you again.

She reached for her phone and typed a message.

"Dear Y/N,

Thank you for your card and your flowers. They're very beautiful and sweet.

I remember you, Y/N. How could I forget? You were my best friend when we were kids. You were always so smart and funny. You taught me how to play games and tell jokes. You made me happy.

I was very sad and lonely when I moved away from you. I missed you a lot.

I never forgot about you either. I always wondered where you were and what you were doing. I hoped that you were happy and healthy too.

I was so surprised and happy when I saw you again at the accident scene too. I recognized you right away, but then I lost consciousness before I could say anything to you. You looked so handsome and grown-up.

I wanted to talk to you more too, but then the paramedics came and took me away too. I was grateful that you stayed with me until then.

I'm not weirded out or creeped out by what you said in your card. In fact, I'm very happy and flattered by it.

Because I have something to tell you too. Something that I've been keeping in my heart for a long time too.

I love you too, Y/N. I've always loved you since we were kids. You're my first and only love too.

Please don't be embarrassed or shy for saying this. Please don't think that I'm lying or joking. Please don't doubt me.

I'm just being honest with you and letting you know how I feel too.

Please come to see me when you can. I want to talk to you more. I want to hug you and kiss you and hold your hand.

My room number is 314. My phone number is 555-4321.

I hope to see you soon.

Yours sincerely,

Choco"

She pressed send and waited for your reply. She hoped that you would be happy and excited too. She hoped that you would come to see her soon.

She couldn't wait to start a new chapter in their lives together.

You received Choco's message and felt a surge of joy and relief. You couldn't believe that Choco loved you back. You couldn't believe that she had replied to you so quickly and positively.

You grabbed your jacket and your keys and ran out of your house. You didn't care about your schoolwork on your exams. You only cared about Choco.

You got on your bike and rode as fast as you could to the hospital. You didn't care about the traffic or the rules. You only cared about Choco.

You arrived at the hospital and parked your bike outside. You ran inside and asked for Choco's room number. You didn't care about the receptionist or the security. You only cared about Choco.

You found her room and knocked on the door. You heard her voice saying "Come in". You opened the door and saw her lying on the bed, smiling at you.
