[🦁] The Lion's Bakery ( Part 1)

You was a baker who loved your job. You enjoyed making delicious breads, cakes and pastries for your customers every day. You had a small but cozy bakery shop in the city, where you worked alone most of the time.

One day, you was surprised to see a new face among your regulars. It was a young woman with long white hair and ears that resembled those of a lion. She wore a green hoodie with a sheep design and a pair of sunglasses that hid her eyes. She looked around the shop curiously and approached the counter.

"Hello, welcome to Y/N's Bakery. How can I help you?" You greeted her with a smile.

"Hi, I'm Botan. I'm looking for something sweet and fluffy." She said in a high-pitched voice that contrasted with her sporty appearance.

"Sweet and fluffy, huh? Well, I have just the thing for you. How about this sheep cake? It's made with fresh cream, sponge cake and coconut flakes. It's one of my specialties." You said as you pointed to a cake that looked like a cute sheep.

"Wow, that looks amazing! And it matches my hoodie too!" Botan exclaimed as she took off her sunglasses and revealed her dark brown eyes.

You felt your heart skip a beat as you saw her face. She was very beautiful, with fair skin, rosy cheeks and a charming smile. You also noticed that she had fangs that peeked out from her lips.

"Uh, thank you. Do you want to try it?" You asked nervously.

"Yes, please. Can I have a slice?" Botan asked.

"Sure, no problem. That will be 500 yen." You said as he cut a slice of the cake and put it on a plate.

You handed it to Botan along with a fork and a napkin.

"Here you go. Enjoy your cake." You said.

"Thank you very much. It looks delicious." Botan said as she took the plate and walked to a nearby table.

She sat down and started to eat the cake with gusto. She moaned in delight as she tasted the creamy and fluffy texture of the cake.

"Mmm, this is so good! It's like eating a cloud!" She said.

You watched her from behind the counter and felt a warm feeling in your chest. You was glad that she liked your cake. You wondered who she was and why you had never seen her before. You wanted to know more about her.

You decided to strike up a conversation with her when she finished her cake.

Botan finished her cake and licked her fork clean. She was very satisfied with her treat. She looked at the clock and realized that she still had some time before her next stream. She decided to stay a little longer and chat with the baker.

She got up from her table and walked back to the counter. She saw you busy with some dough, kneading it with your hands. You looked up and saw her approaching.

"Hi, did you enjoy your cake?" You asked.

"Yes, I did. It was amazing. Thank you for making it." Botan said.

"You're welcome. I'm glad you liked it." You said.

"By the way, I'm sorry for being rude, but I couldn't help noticing your ears. Are you a Vtuber?" You asked.

Botan was surprised by your question. She wondered how you knew about Vtubers.

"Yes, I am. How did you know?" She asked.

"Well, I'm a fan of Vtubers myself. I watch them a lot on YouTube and Twitch. I think they're very entertaining and talented." You said.

"Really? That's cool. Do you have any favorites?" Botan asked.

"Well, I like all of them, but I especially like Hololive. They're a group of Vtubers who have different personalities and styles. They're very funny and cute." You said.

"Hololive, huh? I've heard of them. They're very popular, right?" Botan asked.

"Yes, they are. They have millions of fans around the world. They do all kinds of things, like singing, gaming, chatting and more." You said.

"Wow, that sounds fun. Do you watch them often?" Botan asked.

"Yes, I do. Whenever I have some free time, I like to watch their streams and videos. They always make me laugh and smile." You said.

"That's nice. Do you have a favorite member?" Botan asked.

You hesitated for a moment. You wondered if you should tell her the truth or not. You decided to be honest with her.

"Well, actually, my favorite member is... you." You said.
