You and Reine spent the night together at Reine's apartment. They cuddled on the couch, and watched some movies. They also talked more about themselves, and their feelings. They confessed their love for each other, and made plans for the future.

They were happy, and they felt complete.

They didn't know that their happiness was about to be shattered.

The next morning, they woke up to a loud noise.

They heard someone knocking on the door, and shouting.

"Reine! Reine! Open up! It's me, your manager!"

Reine groaned, and got up from the couch. She put on her robe, and walked to the door. She opened it slightly, and saw her manager standing outside. He looked angry and worried.

"Manager? What are you doing here? What's wrong?"

"Reine, we have a big problem. There's a video of you and some guy on the internet. It's all over the news. It's a scandal!"

Reine gasped, and felt a chill down her spine.

"What? What video? What guy?"

"Come on, Reine. Don't play dumb with me. You know what I'm talking about. The video of you and your former student kissing on the street. The video of you and your lover cheating on your boyfriend. The video of you and your secret affair ruining your reputation."

Reine felt a surge of panic and confusion.

"No, no, no. That's not true. That's not what happened. That's not how it is."

"Reine, don't lie to me. I've seen the video. Everyone has seen the video. It's clear as day. You're in big trouble, Reine. You have to explain yourself."

Reine looked behind her, and saw you sitting on the couch. You looked shocked and scared.

You was the guy in the video.

You was her former student.

You was her lover.

You was her secret affair.

But you was also her true love.

She had to protect you.

She had to defend you.

She had to choose you.

She closed the door slightly, and whispered to her manager.

"Manager... Please... Give me some time... Let me talk to him... Let me sort this out..."

Her manager sighed, and shook his head.

"Reine... You don't have much time... The media is going crazy... The fans are going wild... The company is going mad... You have to act fast... You have to make a statement... You have to apologize..."

Reine bit her lip, and nodded.

"I know... I know... But please... Trust me... I'll fix this... I'll make it right..."

Her manager looked at her with a mix of pity and anger.

"Reine... I hope you know what you're doing... Because this could be the end of your career... And your life..."

He walked away from the door, and left.

Reine closed the door completely, and locked it.

She turned around, and faced you.

You looked at her with a mix of love and fear.

"Reine-sensei... What are we going to do?"

You and Reine sat on the couch, and hugged each other. They were scared and worried. They didn't know how to deal with the situation. They didn't know how to face the world.
