[🦈] A Love Story Beyond Reality ( Part 1 )

You was sitting in your classroom, bored and restless. You had no interest in the math lesson that was going on, and you kept glancing at the clock, hoping that the bell would ring soon. You wanted to go home and watch your favorite VTuber, Gawr Gura, who was streaming later that day.

You had been a fan of Gura ever since you discovered her channel a few months ago. You loved her voice, her personality, her humor, and her cuteness. You watched all of her videos and livestreams, and you even joined her membership to support her. You felt a connection with her, even though you knew she was a virtual character and you was just one of her millions of fans.

But what you didn't know was that Gura was actually your classmate, the most popular girl in school. She had a secret identity as a VTuber, and she used a voice changer and a face tracker to hide her real appearance. She was also a fan of you, but she never told you how she felt. She admired you for your kindness, your intelligence, your courage, and your smile. She wanted to get closer to you, but she was afraid of being rejected or exposed.

One day, she decided to take a risk and invite you to join her on a camping trip with some of their friends. She thought it would be a good opportunity to spend some time with you and maybe confess her feelings.

She approached you after class and tapped you on the shoulder.

"Hey, Y/N," she said in her sweet voice.

You turned around and saw her standing in front of you. You felt your heart skip a beat as you looked into her blue eyes.

"Hi, Gura," you said nervously.

She smiled at you and handed you a flyer.

"I was wondering if you would like to join us on this camping trip next weekend," she said.

You took the flyer and read it. It was an invitation to a camping trip organized by the school's outdoor club. It said that they would go to a nearby forest park and stay there for two nights. There would be activities like hiking, fishing, bonfire, barbecue, and stargazing.

You looked at Gura again and saw that she was waiting for your answer.

"Um... sure," you said hesitantly.

You liked camping, but you wasn't sure if you wanted to go with Gura. You felt nervous around her, and you didn't know how to act.

"Really? That's great!" Gura exclaimed happily.

She hugged you briefly and then let go.

"I'm so glad you're coming," she said.

She gave you another smile and then walked away.

"See you later," she said over her shoulder.

You watched her leave and felt a warm sensation in your chest.

You wondered what the camping trip would be like.

You packed your backpack with your clothes, toiletries, sleeping bag, flashlight, and snacks. You also brought your phone, charger, earphones, and power bank. You wanted to be prepared for anything that might happen on the camping trip.

You met up with Gura and their friends at the school gate. They boarded a bus that would take them to the forest park. You sat next to Gura on the bus, feeling awkward and excited at the same time.

Gura chatted with you during the ride, asking you about your hobbies, your family, your dreams, and your favorite VTubers. You answered her questions politely, but you didn't reveal much about yourself. You was afraid of saying something stupid or boring.

You noticed that Gura mentioned Gawr Gura several times during their conversation. She said that she was a big fan of hers, and that she watched all of her streams. She even sang some of her songs for you.

You felt a pang of jealousy as you listened to her praise Gawr Gura. You wished that she would pay more attention to you instead of some virtual idol. You wondered if she liked Gawr Gura more than you.

You decided to change the topic and asked her about the camping trip.

"So, what are we going to do there?" you asked.

Gura smiled and showed you a map of the forest park.

"Well, there are a lot of things to do there," she said.

She pointed at different spots on the map and explained what they were.

"This is the campsite, where we will set up our tents and have our meals. This is the lake, where we can go fishing and boating. This is the trail, where we can go hiking and see the wildlife. This is the hill, where we can go stargazing and watch the sunrise. And this is the secret spot, where we can go... well, you'll see."

She winked at you and giggled.

You felt curious and intrigued by her last remark.

"What do you mean by secret spot?" you asked.

Gura shook her head and put her finger on her lips.

"Shh, it's a secret," she said.

She leaned closer to you and whispered in your ear.

"I'll show you when we get there."

She then moved away and smiled innocently.

You felt a shiver run down your spine as you heard her voice in your ear. You felt your face turn red as you imagined what she meant by secret spot.

You wondered what she was planning to do with you.
