A few days passed since you adopted Korone. You was very happy with your new friend. You took her to your clinic every day and introduced her to your colleagues and patients. They all loved Korone and praised her for being cute and well-behaved. Korone enjoyed meeting new people and animals, and she was always friendly and playful. She also learned some tricks, such as sit, stay, and roll over. You rewarded her with treats and hugs, and Korone was delighted.

You also noticed that your life had become easier and more comfortable. Your office and apartment were always clean and tidy, even though you didn't have a maid or a roommate. You also found some strange items in your closet, such as a wig, a dress, and a microphone. You wondered where they came from and who they belonged to. You decided to investigate and set up a hidden camera in your apartment. You wanted to find out who was cleaning your place and leaving those things behind.

One day, you left your apartment early and went to your clinic. You pretended to work, but you was actually watching the live feed from your camera on your laptop. You saw Korone sleeping on your bed, curled up in a ball. You smiled and felt a pang of affection. You wished you could join her and cuddle with her. You had grown to love her more than a friend. You was shocked by what you saw. You couldn't believe your eyes. Your puppy had transformed into a human girl, who looked exactly like Inugami Korone, a famous Vtuber from Hololive. You recognized her from her streams and videos. You was a fan of her, but you never imagined that she was real, let alone your puppy. You felt a mix of emotions: confusion, disbelief, curiosity, and anger. You wondered how this was possible and why she had lied to you. You also wondered where she was going and what she was doing.

You decided to follow her and find out. You grabbed your coat and keys and ran out of your clinic. You got into your car and drove to the direction where you saw Korone go. You spotted her walking on the sidewalk, holding a bag. She looked like a normal girl, except for her ears and tail, which she had hidden under her wig and dress. She seemed to be in a hurry, as if she had an appointment. You followed her at a safe distance, trying not to lose sight of her.

You saw her enter a building that had a sign that said "Hololive Studio". You parked his car and got out. You walked to the building and tried to enter, but you was stopped by a security guard.

"Excuse me, sir, do you have an appointment?" the guard asked.

"Uh, yes, I do. I'm here to see Inugami Korone," You lied.

"Sorry, sir, but she's not available right now. She's busy with her stream. You'll have to wait until she's done," the guard said.

"Stream? What stream?" You asked.

"You don't know? She's a Vtuber, a virtual YouTuber. She plays games and chats with her fans online. She's very popular, you know. She has millions of subscribers and viewers. She's one of the stars of Hololive, a company that produces Vtubers. She's in the studio right now, doing her thing. You can watch her on your phone or laptop, if you want," the guard explained.

You was stunned by this revelation. You couldn't believe that Korone was a Vtuber, and a famous one at that. You wondered how she managed to balance her life as a dog and a Vtuber. You wondered why she chose this career and why she hid it from you. You wondered if she had any feelings for you, or if she was just using you.

You took out your phone and searched for Korone's channel. You found it and clicked on it. You saw her live stream, which had thousands of viewers and comments. You saw her playing a horror game and screaming and laughing. She looked like she was having fun and enjoying herself. She also looked like she didn't care about you or her relationship with you.

You felt a surge of jealousy and anger. You felt betrayed and hurt. You wanted to confront her and demand an explanation. You wanted to tell her how you felt and ask her how she felt. You wanted to know the truth.

You decided to wait until she finished her stream and then talk to her. You sat on a bench outside the building and watched her stream. You waited for hours, hoping that she would come out and see you. You waited for her to say something that would make you feel better. You waited for her to show you some love.

You waited in vain.
