[🪶] The Forgotten Feather ( Part 1)

You was a manager in Hololive, in charge of Hololive English Gen 2, also known as Hololive Council. You was a hardworking and responsible person, who always did your best to support the talents under your care. You was also a fan of VTubers, especially Hololive ones, and you felt honored to work with them.

One day, you received a message from his boss, Yagoo, the CEO of Hololive. It said:

"Y/N, I have an important assignment for you. You are going to be the manager of a new talent, Nanashi Mumei. She is a civilization owl who has amnesia, and she is part of the Hololive Council. She will debut soon, so you need to prepare everything for her. Please meet her at the Hololive office tomorrow at 10 a.m. Don't be late."

You was surprised and excited by the message. You had heard about the Hololive Council, the new generation of Hololive English VTubers who were divine beings who created and watched over the world. You had seen their teaser videos, narrated by Mori Calliope, which provided background information on their story. You was curious about them, and you wondered what they looked like and what their personalities were like.

You replied to Yagoo:

"Thank you for trusting me with this assignment, Yagoo. I will do my best to help  Mumei with her debut and career. I will meet her tomorrow at 10 a.m."

You then started to do some research on Nanashi Mumei. You found out that she liked history, puzzles and trains, and that she had a cute voice and a charming design. You also learned that she had amnesia, and that she didn't remember anything about her past or her role as a civilization owl. You felt sorry for her, and you wanted to help her recover her memories.

You decided to buy some gifts for her, to welcome her to Hololive and to make her feel comfortable. You bought a history book, a puzzle box and a train model kit. You hoped that she would like them.

The next day, you arrived at the Hololive office at 9:45 a.m. You checked in with the receptionist, and waited in the lobby for Mumei. You was nervous and excited to meet her.

At 10:00 a.m., you saw a girl walking towards him. She had long brown hair with white streaks, tied in two braids. She wore a white dress with blue accents, and a blue cloak with white feathers. She had owl ears and wings, and a pair of round glasses on her nose. She carried a backpack on her back.

She was Nanashi Mumei.

She looked around the lobby, as if she was lost or confused. She saw you, and walked up to you.

"Excuse me... are you Y/N?" she asked timidly.

You nodded, and smiled warmly.

"Yes, I am Y/N. I'm your manager. It's nice to meet you, Nanashi Mumei."

Mumei smiled back shyly.

"Nice to meet you too, Y/N... Thank you for being my manager."

She bowed slightly.

You felt your heart skip a beat when you saw her smile. She was so cute and adorable, you thought.

You extended your hand to shake hers.

"It's my pleasure to be your manager, Mumei. I'm here to help you with anything you need."

Mumei took your hand gently.

"Thank you... I appreciate it."

They shook hands briefly, then let go.

You picked up your bag, which contained the gifts you bought for her.

"Come on, let's go to your room. I have some things to give you."

Mumei tilted her head curiously.

"Things? What kind of things?"
