Chapter 14

Dino is feeling nauseous the whole trip home. Minho has to support him, otherwise the brunette will fall down. When they finally arrive at his apartment, Dino gives Minho his keys to let him in. Dino is breathing heavily and Minho leads him to the bathroom. It's a smart idea, because Dino starts throwing up. His body jerks while Dino is trying to get the poison out of his body. The whole night, Dino is throwing up while Minho is next to him, rubbing his back trying to comfort him. At least Dino saved Hoshi.

The next morning, Dino finally starts to fall asleep. Minho is still next to him, his sweet neighbor hasn't left his side the whole time.
"Are you allright?" he asks concerned. Dino tries to smile while his eyes are closed.
"I don't feel that nauseous anymore." Dino answers quietly.
"You will get better, believe me. Try to get some sleep." Minho rubs his chest and Dino feels his eyelids getting heavier. He starts thinking about who would possibly want to poison Hoshi and what would've happened if Dino hadn't pushed the cup away. Dino has no idea what Minho is doing, but he doesn't care. Dino just wants to sleep at the moment. But Dino doesn't get the chance to do so because someone is knocking on his door. Dino grunts and wants to get up, but Minho pushes him back down.
"I'll get it." he says while walking to the door. Dino rubs his eyes while Minho opens the door and reveals Wonwoo, who's trying to hide the fact that he's surprised that Minho is here.
"Can you come back another time? Dino is trying to sleep and-"
"I have to speak to him." Wonwoo interrupts firmly. Dino looks at the black-haired boy confused, but nods anyway. Sighing, Minho let's Wonwoo get past.
"How is the other guy doing?" Minho asks curiously. Dino notices the anger flashing by in Wonwoo's expression.
"That's none of your business." he snaps. Minho scoffs and puts his hands in the air.
"Woah! No need to be rude, I haven't done anything." the purple-haired male snaps back. Wonwoo rolls his eyes and sighs.
"Minho, it's allright. You can leave, I'll be fine." Dino tells his neighbor. Minho shrugs and walks to the door.
"Sure, but I'll be right here if you need me." Dino chuckles while Wonwoo places himself next to the brunette with boredom.
"I won't need any help, just relax a little." he says and Minho leaves. Dino can't help it, but he yawns.
"Are you allright?" Wonwoo asks concerned. It looks like it just hit him that Dino got some poison inside of him.
"I have felt better before, but I'm fine. I did it for the greater good, otherwise, Hoshi would be dead." the brunette says while laying down again.
"You haven't slept, have you?" Wonwoo continues.
"Nope, I have been throwing up all night. It's quite special, I might add." Dino hears Wonwoo chuckle and a smile forms itself on the brunette's lips.
"I wanted to talk about the situation that happened yesterday, but if you're not feeling well-"
"No, I already told you that I'm fine. I want to do something. Is Hoshi okay?" Dino interrupts him. Wonwoo sighs and his expression darkens. Dino is starting to get pretty worried.
"Is he-"
"No, he's alive. He got quite some poison inside of him too, you know. He's in the hospital, unconscious. The only thing is that we're not sure yet if he will ever wake up." Wonwoo explains. Dino places his hand in front of his mouth and gasps. He didn't expect Hoshi to get poison inside, Dino believed that he had pushed the cup away in time, but apparently he didn't.
"Oh my god! I thought that I had saved him." Dino pouts and Wonwoo puts his hand on Dino's shoulder to comfort him.
"You did everything you could." Wonwoo says. Dino shrugs, he should've smelled the poison like Scoups did.
"How is Scoups?" Dino asks. The brunette is concerned about the male's health now that he is so stressed. Wonwoo looks down and sighs.
"After they brought Hoshi to the hospital, he just went home. But to be honest, I'm concerned about him. He's closing himself off of us and we have to prevent that he will succeed." Dino nods, Scoups has to understand that he is important too.
"Wasn't that drink normally supposed to be for Scoups?" Dino suddenly asks.
"I think so. Hoshi and him did swap drinks." Wonwoo answer confused, "Why?"
"Because that means that someone tried to poison Scoups." Dino says worried. Wonwoo gasps and his eyes widen.
"Does that mean that someone is trying to kill our leader!?" he asks surprised.
"Maybe, I wouldn't be surprised if Stray kids did this, they are truly cruel." Dino places his hand on the letters that are carved on his body. He hates the fact that he is wearing something that will remind him and the world of that cruel group.
"Maybe we should visit him." Wonwoo proposes. With those words, the two males leave Dino's apartment and walk over to Scoups'. It's weird to know that the black-haired male is living alone in there for a while until Hoshi wakes up, if Hoshi ever wakes up. Suddenly nervous, Dino knocks on the door.
