Chapter 27

Felix is looking at the spy full of expectations.
"You want my help?" he asks confused. Felix sighs and nods.
"Yes, I haven't asked Chan because he won't agree. So I actually haven't told him yet and I want to keep it that way. And the only one who won't snitch is you", Felix says grinning. The spy tilts his haid and thinks about it.
"Why him?" he asks after a short silence.
"Because they killed Hyunjin!" Felix whines and the spy sighs.
"Scoups did", he says calmly.
"I know", Felix snaps, "but that guy is in a coma because I shot him. I'll get him later. I feel like that explosion wasn't enough. I want more." the spy breaths in through his nose and bites his lip in thought.
"Okay, but how are you going to get him without Chan or the rest of your group?" the spy asks. Felix sighs frustrated when the spy mentions their group as his group, as if he isn't a part of it.
"I can handle it. I don't need our group to do so. With your help, I'll get there easily." Felix hopes that his words will affect the spy, someone to do this job with would really be nice. The spy makes a humming sound before opening his mouth.
"If you really want to, allright", he says and Felix has to hold himself in, or otherwise he would've jumped in the air from joy. He can finally take revenge for his friend. Hyunjin always joked about dying and never seemed afraid, but Felix is almost sure that the salmon-haired boy was afraid when he felt the bullet hit his head. Felix grins thinking back about the chaos he caused when he shot that stupid Scoups down. The cries and screams from his teammates still sound like music to his ears.
"Felix?" the spy snaps the blonde back to reality.
"Sorry, what?" he asks confused. The spy sighs and repeats what he has said.
"I said that I only want to help with bringing him to you, the killing part is all on you." Felix smiles and nods, that's exactly what he had imagined.
"Good", the spy says, "I won't tell anything to your team and I'll let you know when I have him." The spy wants to walk away, but Felix grabs his arm. Startled, the spy turns around.
"I would like to remind you that this is our team, you're a part of it too", Felix whispers. He wants the spy to get it right, otherwise this feels pretty weird.
"I'm not a part of your team", the spy says calmly, which surprises Felix. The blonde blinks a few times in confusion, but his mind soon changes to anger.
"Are you a part of Scoups' team!?" Felix growls and he's dissapointed that the spy doesn't even flinch.
"No, I'm not", the spy continues calmly and Felix is getting a bit nervous.
"What team do you belong to?" the blonde asks confused.
"None. I prefer to work on my own. I do collaborate with people, like I do with you, but I'm not a part of any team. I'm nowhere and everywhere." the blonde stares at the spy in shock and it takes him some minutes to process everything.
"So you're actually just stupid and depressed?" Felix scoffs. He can see a glimpse of anger in the spy's eyes, but it quickly goes away.
"I am smart and thinking forward. If someone in your group is known by the police, which is the case right now, then it won't take long before they find everyone who is in that group. And that's not me." the spy stares into Felix' eyes as if he is daring him to say something back.
"You're just a coward", Felix says disgusted.
"I'm not the one who is too scared to face the rejection of their leader", the spy says before he releases his arm from Felix' grip and walks away. Shocked, Felix stays behind. He knows that the spy is right and he knows that Felix is fucking his own chance on revenge up, but the blonde starts to believe that the purple-haired male has more inside of him than he shows. For the first time in his life, Felix is actually scared of someone.

Jeonghan sighs deeply when he sits down beside Joshua. The two males stare at their leader with worry, the doctors have just told them what has happened last night.
"We almost lost him", Joshua whispers. Jeonghan can tell that the black-haired male has trouble keeping it all together and he places his hand on Joshua's shoulder. Joshua smiles briefly at him before looking back at Scoups.
"He does like to scare us", Jeonghan tries to cheer him up. A giggle escapes Joshua's mouth, which causes Jeonghan to smile.
"It confuses me though," Jeonghan says, "How can he have trouble breathing?" Joshua looks at him confused.
"What do you mean? Isn't that normal?" Jeonghan lifts his shoulders and Joshua tilts his head in confusion.
"He was shot, how can he have trouble breathing?" Jeonghan tries to get his point across. Joshua thinks about it for a while.
"I think that one bullet hit his lung, didn't it?" Jeonghan thinks about it and he has to admit that it is true.
"But still," the red-haired male keeps going, "the problem was his windpipe. It's like he's chocking." Joshua's eyes widen and he grabs Jeonghan's wrist in shock.
"Did someone choke him?" Joshua asks startled. Jeonghan laughs and shakes his head.
"No, the doctors would've seen that. I just find it odd." Joshua let's out a relieved sigh and the two males stare at Scoups. The leader's heart rate is going normal again, so is his breathing, as if nothing has happened last night. Jeonghan comes closer to Scoups and gently brushes some hair out of his forehead with his finger. Jeonghan hopes that Scoups can feel it in some way, that it will calm him down and that it will courage the leader to wake up. When Jeonghan backs up again, he notices that his finger is wet.
"Huh?" he lets out confused. Joshua looks at him, but the black-haired male doesn't notice anything.
"Am I delusional or is Scoups sweating?" Jeonghan asks desperate. The red-haired male is starting to think this whole, stressful situation is making him mad. But Joshua looks at Scoups' forehead and nods in agreement.
"Yeah, he is", he says softly. Jeonghan notices that Joshua too finds it strange.
"Must be from the medecins or something", Joshua quickly says before Jeonghan can think about it any further. He knows that his roommate doesn't want him to break his head about these kind of things. But Jeonghan is breaking his head about way more things than just this. Nervous, he plays with a ring that he's wearing. Joshua notices and places a hand on Jeonghan's shoulder concerned.
"Are you okay?" he asks worried and Jeonghan can only sigh.
"I'm just scared that I won't be there when he wakes up", Jeonghan says and Joshua pouts sad.
"It doesn't matter if you are there or not, Scoups can be happy with a friend like you", Joshua comforts him and Jeonghan smiles sad. He can only hope that his leader will wake up and that he will be there when he does.

A brunette is walking down the halls carefully trying to find the right number. He knows that he shouldn't be here, but he couldn't think of anything else. The brunette's heart is shattered and he could really use some comfort and safety. When he enters room 666, he can see Scoups laying down in the hospital bed. The brunette is glad that no one is here, although he knows that no one could've recognized him, he's still scared. He sits down next to the black-haired male and awkwardly grabs his hand.
"You probably don't know me," the brunette says softly, "but I would like to say some things to you." The brunette takes a deep breath in, this will be hard, but he has to let it all out. He has to clear his mind.
"I want to say thank you for actually coming to rescue Dino. I was giving up hope, to be honest. But I also want to kill you for the fact that it almost costed me my head." the steady sound of Scoups' heartbeat makes the silence a bit less painful. The most important thing for the brunette still has to come, but this is already a good start.
"And I want to apologize", the brunette blurs out, "It's my fault that you are in this condition. If I didn't let you through, Felix wouldn't have shot you down. So I'm sorry. I hope you get better soon." The brunette releases Scoups' hand and stands up to walk out. But right before he does, he bends over to whisper something in Scoups' ear.
"If you want to accept my apology, my name is Seungmin", Seungmin breaths before he leaves the hospital.

Dino is stupid. Why would he even do this kind of things? It could litterally kill him, but Dino doesn't care at the moment, at least his body doesn't. His brain is screaming at him and yelling curse words. It's very entertaining to hear. Taking a deep breath in, Dino raises his hand and knocks on the door in front of him. Soon after, Minho opens the door and smiles.
"Dino! I didn't expect to see you here", his neighbor says excited. Dino already feels guilty for what he's about to do, but he has Scoups' permission, so it's okay.
"I wanted to visit you again, if that's possible", Dino smiles and Minho nods.
"Ofcourse! You're always welcome." Dino is glad that Minho isn't busy right now, this makes the job way easier.
"Thanks," Dino says while he enters Minho's apartment, "There is just a lot going on right now and I wanted to see you again." Dino has practiced this over a hundred times in his mirror, but the anxiety is rushing through his body.
"I have to admit that I didn't expect you here. Normally, I always visit you", Minho says chuckling. Dino smiles nervously and seats himself in the couch.
"That's exactly why I decided to come over, I have never been to your apartment!" Dino explains his visit. Minho too is smiling a bit uncomfortable, Dino knows that the tension between the two males isn't really fixed yet.
"I'll get you something to drink", Minho mumbles after a brief silence and Dino nods smiling. This is exactly what the brunette has been hoping for. The moment Minho dissapears into his kitchen, which is in another room, Dino jumps up and runs over to the nearest closet. He knows that he doesn't have much time, so he has to do this quickly. He opens the cabinets, searches through the purple-haired male's stuff, hoping he would find something that proves Dino's suspicions. Something that will prove that Minho is in fact the spy they are all looking for. Dino has always thought that it would be someone from Scoups' group because who else would know all that information? But since Dino has seen Minho's wound, he realized that the brunette has openly talked to his neighbor about everything that has happened. He knew about Dino joining the dance room, he knew about Scoups and because of Dino's stories, he knew about Woozi and Hoshi. And Dino is the one who invited Minho over because he was blinded by his kindness. After all, the only ones going to the kitchen were Minho and Scoups, and Dino knows for a fact that Scoups didn't poison Hoshi. Dino is rushing his hands through Minho's stuff, but he can't find anything yet. Footsteps alarm him to quickly run back to his seat as if nothing had happened and just in time, Dino is seated when Minho enters the room with two glasses.
"Ah, you're back!" Dino smiles and Minho smiles back. Luckily, his neighbor didn't notice anything. But Dino didn't notice that he accidentally left a closet door one tiny bit open.
