Dylan's View

I let out a huge sigh as I put my head down. I am a few tables away from Charlie as I watch her study. We are at a local library a few blocks away from her village. Of course, she's not alone. Her "guards" over there sitting behind her watching over her.

I swear to God, I look like a creep right now with this disguise on. I am wearing a face mask and sunglasses with my black hoodie on. Now tell me that isn't creepy.

My thoughts were interrupted when I felt my phone virates inside my pocket. I reached to get it and I felt my chill behind my spine when I read the message I received.

Cupcake: What's with the outfit?

I felt my heart beat so fast when I saw those 4 letters. She knows I am here.

I immediately look up and I can see her resting her chin on her hand looking at me with a smirk. I nervously look away and lean my head down to reply to her message.

You: What outfit?

Cupcake: And he replies, surprising.

Cupcake: Anyway, what are you doing there gawking?

You: No, I am not.

Cupcake: I like it when you're gettig annoyed. I can tell from over here.

I look up to her again and she smirked at me as she holds her phone. Ugh, those lips...I am craving 'em. This sucks.

I shook my head to clear my thoughts and I typed in my reply.

You: We shouln't talk.

Cupcake: Ow? Isn't that what's going on for a few weeks now?

I felt something ache when I read that sentence. I guess it's been hard for her as well, after weeks of no communication.

Cupcake: What? Can't answer?

She's being stubborn. She's like this whenever she's pist. I can't blame her. This situation had been driving me nuts too. I've been longing for her for a long time, I miss her scent, her smile, her kiss, it's killing me. If only I can do something about this.

You: I am so sorry, Charlie. We just can't.

Cupcake: And I guess you can't tell me why either?

I bit my lip and I look up to her, her smile from earlier, fades into a frown. Sadness cleary visible as she looks at me. Our eyes met and I shake my head as a reply to her. I saw her sigh and she looked down to her phone and typed in something. I felt my phone vibrate again and I felt daggers in my chest when I saw her reply.

Cupcake: Alright then, bye, Dylan.

I look up and I saw her gathered her things then walk out of the library. And I am over there, watching her leave. I cleanched my fist in annoyance and let myself punch the table hard enough to catch people's attention. I let out an annoyed sigh and stormed out of the library.

Charlie's View

I never thought I would see Dylan at this library.

I thought to myself as I slowly walk out of the library, stopping myself to look back to him. I can't risk having my body guards see him.

I am still pretty annoyed he cannot even tell me what's going on. I have been clueless ever since this whole shit started. But then again, I can trust that he had a reason for not letting me know.

I caught a glipse of Dylan leaving the premisses, and I followed him with a look, realizing he is going to basement parking of the library.

Why Dylan? Why are you like this?

I grip my books tight as I eaggerly thinks of how much I wanna know what's he's hiding from me. And one thing clicked into my mind.

I have to know.

"Umm, hey, Ray, I kinda need to use the bathroom. Do you mind if I go back inside and pee?"

I asked on of my guards. They both looked at each other very skeptical of my request.

"If you want, one of you can come with me and one can go wait in the car? These books are heavy and I really need to go."

They look back at each other again and both shrug in mutual agreement.

"Alright, I'll wait in the car. Chip, you go with her."

Chip nods and I gave my books to Ray then he walk to where our car parked and Chip followed me to the rest room.

"You can wait here. I'll be right back."

He looked up to the sign of the room and nods as I stop him from getting into the girls restroom.

I scoped out the place and I immediately saw a young woman wearing a tight red dress looking at the mirror, so I approached her.

"Hey, sorry if this will sound weird to you, but I will give you 50 bucks just to distract the man wearing a black suit outside."

She looked at me up and down, completely judging me and she stopped at when she saw my bag.

"Is that Birkin?"

I nodded and she lend out her hand asking for my bag.

"I'll do it for that bag."

I smirked and I immediately gave her my bag. She smiled and wink at me and I watched her seduce, I mean distract the heck out of Chip. I signaled at her and she leans closer to Chip, giving me enough time to escape to the basement parking.

I searched for Dylan's car and as soon as I do, I saw him leaning his head on the steering wheel. I run up to him and knocked into his window. You can tell he's surprised by his reaction.

"Open the door!"

I screamed and he hesitantly opened the door and I immediately get in.

"Drive."

"What? What are you doing in here?"

"Just do it."

"What do you mean?"

I grunt and I grab his shirt and kissed him, intense at that.

"That's what I mean. Now drive."

I said convincing him by looking at his eyes after I let go of the kiss. He pulled back and immediately starts driving the car out of the library.
