Next morning. Siddharth and Abhishek went hospital to collect Siddharth's report. They were in Dr's cabin. Waiting for Dr to come.

Abhishek: Office se bhi jo test kara ke gaye sab ke reports negative hain. Ab to seriously mujhe dar lag raha hain. Kal tak hume donor chaye.

Siddharth: Meri reports dekhte hain nahin to main bhi friends ko dekhta hoon puch kar. Time seriously kam hain. Jald se jald karna hoga kuch to.

Dr came in. After greeting them. She sat in her place.

Siddharth: What's in the reports Dr?

Dr (frown): What's in the reports? Mr Siddharth, are you sure you are ready to be a donor?

Siddharth gave her a confused look and nodded.

Dr: If it is so then why you wasted so much time? I already said we don't have much time. Still, you are the last one from your family to come for the test. Why you even wasted time on tests?

Abhishek: Sorry Dr we are not getting your point. Can you please elaborate?

Dr (shook her head in disbelief): You guys seem well educated. Still, you aren't aware that siblings and twins have 50% of the same DNA. Here, being twins you don't need to go for testing as you have the same DNA already. I am seriously not getting why you guys waste this much time. If you are not ready to be a donor. Make it clear because this isn't like having sweets. You can have it because someone is forcing you.

Siddharth (mumble): Twins?

Siddharth and Abhishek looked at each other. Just then door knocked and a peon entered.

Peon: Ma'am there is an emergency. We took the patient to ward 15.

Dr: I will be there in a minute.

Peon left.

Dr: If you are ready by your will. Please be here by evening 4. We will operate you first then immediately Vaishnavi after you. If you don't wish to. We need to look for another donor soon. I need to leave.

Dr left. Siddharth hurriedly took reports and started going through them. It was in the medical language of course which he couldn't understand but Dr's words were ringing in his mind.

Siddharth (shaken voice): Ab... Ab... Abhishek

Abhishek came back to his senses and saw Siddharth who was shivering.

Abhishek (rubbing Siddharth's back): Shant ho jaa Sid shant ho jaa

Siddharth (looking at reports): Ye sab kya hain?

Abhishek (being helpless): I don't know mere bhai. Mujhe kuch nahin samajh raha hain but yaad hain like you she is also allergic to Cashew

Siddharth nodded, remembering.

Siddharth: As Dr said reports are Positive and DNA are the same which means we are twins

Abhishek: Reports galat to nahin hogi.

Both were silent for a minute.

Siddharth: I know iska answer kaha milega. Chal...

Abhishek (confused): Kaha?

Siddharth: Aaja

Siddharth stood up and took reports. They both left there.

Siddharth: Parents se jawab mangane jaa rahe hain. Sirf main jauga. Main meri ke ghar jata hoon. Tu chalega and aunty rahe to problem hogi.

Informed Siddharth as he started driving.

Abhishek: Answers milege tujhe lagta hain?

Siddharth: Reports sach hain. Hume humare parents par already doubt tha about it. We are twins koi question hi nahin mind me. But haan pehle mujhe maa se baat karni hain.

He said the last lines as anger arouse in him.

Abhishek (nodded): Tu gussa control me rakhna. Ye log na samajhe to ignore karna khud ko bimar mat kar dena zyada gusse se.

Siddharth (calmly): Khud ko bimar to kar hi nahin sakta. Mujhe meri behan ko bachana hain. Shaam ko surgery hain. If bimar hua to problem hogi. Main risk le nahin sakta.

Abhishek nodded patting his shoulder.

Abhishek's POV: Siddharth ki twin... Itna gir sakte hain ye log isme koi doubt hi nahin hain but ek baar nahin socha vo bachi ka kya hoga. Aaj tak ek baar dil me nahin aaya unko unki beti ka? Zinda bhi hain ke nahin? Vaishnavi ko sach jaan kar kaisa lagega... Vo already broken person hain and ye sach
