At Abhishek's place. After Avneet left.

Abhishek: Don't stress now. Everything will be fine. Evening me Siddharth ki surgery hain and then yours immediately. Tumhe rest karni chaye abhi.

Vaishnavi held Abhishek's hands.

Abhishek: Bolo?

Vaishnavi: Kya ye sach hain Siddharth is my brother?

Abhishek nodded.

Vaishnavi: Siddharth... Uska kya reaction tha? He must be hating me.

Abhishek: Aese kyun bol rahi ho? You also know our parents are like that not us. Tum khud thi na jo Reemi ko orphanage se laayi thi. You know right how badly our parents want Reem to leave our life but that's our parents, not Sid.

Vaishnavi: Reem is pure but me?

Abhishek: Kitni baar bolu jo past tha vo tha you are not responsible for it but a victim. Tum theek ho jao we will fight for it. Hum us Mr Sinha ko nahi chorege and about Siddharth trust me he is also shocked like you. Don't know parents ke sath kya kaise baat karega but he will fight for you.

Vaishnavi: You want to punish Mr Sinha. Is it because I am Reem's sister?

Abhishek shook his head.

Abhishek: Will you stop thinking about all this? I wanted to punish Mr Sinha since he came to the hospital that day and also I got to know him treating you in the worst ways he can. Bola nahi because I was waiting for you to get well. I was thinking of you as my wife. About you being Reem's sister I got to know today about an hour before.

Vaishnavi nodded.

Abhishek: Anything else? If you have any questions or anything you will overthink. Let's discuss and sort it right here.

Vaishnavi shook her head.

Abhishek: Great then take a rest and Reemi bhi jald hi uthegi to phir maa maa shuru karegi.

He helped her and took her to the room. Abhishek lay her on the bed. Reem was sleeping beside her. Vaishnavi smiled looking at her. Her eyes fell on Reem's photo. Abhishek went out of the room.

Vaishnavi's POV: Reem... We are sisters. I know you always wanted an elder sister who can shower mother's love. Bhaiya completed that father's place. I am sorry for not being there. I promise I will try my best and shower all the love on Reem. I promise. Umm... I hope you don't feel like I am trying to take your place in Reemi, Abhishek, Siddharth and Avneet's life. You know right I am not doing anything like that.

Voice: No... No one will think like this. You have your place in everyone's life. Just need to put little effort and everyone have to do the same. Everyone is your family.

Like always, the voice is there to comfort her. Vaishnavi sighed. She looked at Reemi who was looking at her with a smile. She woke up when Vaishnavi was lost in her thoughts.

Reem (sleepy voice): Maa...

Vaishnavi's heart felt the warmth of listening to Maa. Always Vaishnavi felt so happy whenever Reem calls her maa. Today, it was a bit different. Always Vaishnavi used to feel like Reemi is Reem's daughter. Reem is a stranger to her. Today, she felt Reem is her sister's daughter, her daughter.

She smiled opening her arms. Reem shifted and hug her.

Vaishnavi (hugging her tight): Meri Rimi Timi...

Reem (happily): Aleee...

Vaishnavi kisses her whole face. Reem excitedly sat beside Vaishnavi and kept her hands on Vaishnavi's cheeks and kisses her whole face. She was excited and so happy. Who won't when your mum wakes you up like this?

Abhishek came with fruits.

Abhishek (standing on the door): Dono maa beti ka shuru, baap ko bhi yaad kar lo.

They saw Abhishek and giggle.

Abhishek (keeping plate on the nightstand): Reemi aa jao main ready karu? Maa ko breakfast kare jab tak.

Reem nodded. Abhishek made Vaishnavi sit and gave her fruits then took her in arms. Reem pecked on his whole face. He grinned.

Vaishnavi was waiting for Siddharth and Reem was all time with her.
