Abhishek and Siddharth reached their parent's home.
Siddharth: Tu ghar jaa main aaya.
Abhishek: I am here tu aaja.
Siddharth: Tu jaa main aata hoon. Operation ke preparation dekhne hoge and Avneet and Vaishnavi ko inform bhi karna hain.
Abhishek: Oh okay! But gussa control karna. Stress nahin lena.
Siddharth nodded and came out of the car. Abhishek settled on the driving seat and drove off to his place.
Siddharth rang the bell and waited for someone to open the door.
Seema opened the door after a minute. She and Rehana got a surprised look at him.
Seema (cupping Siddharth's face): Mujhe mere bete par pura yakeen tha. Vo ladki tujhe shanti se jeene hi nahin deti. Tu aa gaya apni maa ke pass. Aaja main tere liye ek dum achi ladki dhundugi. Bhul jaa usko. Ye samajh mar gayi vo.
Siddharth took a sharp breath.
Siddharth: Aapko apni betiyo ke marne ka ya maarne ka dukh nahin hua to kisi or ke beti ke liye kya hi hoga.
He whispered straight looking into her eyes.
Seema: Ye kya bol raha hain?
Siddharth jerked her hands.
Siddharth: Andar aa kar baat karu ya yehi scene create karna hain?
Siddharth's cold voice scared them. Seema and Rehana looked at each other and let him in. At first, Rehana was looking around in search of Abhishek but as she heard Siddharth's cold voice her hope broke. His cold voice broke Seema's hope as well. They both let him in.
Siddharth saw his father sitting on the sofa.
Arjun: Siddharth? Kaisa hain bache?
Seema: Tu baith main tere liye kuch khane ko laati hoon.
Siddharth: Haan zeher lete hue aana. Vahin khila do to shanti milegi
Rehana: Pagal aese nahin bolte. Paap karayega apne maa ke hatho?
Siddharth: Apni do betiyo ko maarte time paap nahin kiya?
Seema: Reem ki maut ka dukh hain mujhe or Avneet meri beti nahin hain.
Siddharth: Itna zyada dukh hain aapko ke aap Abhishek ke life me khushi khushi kisi or ko leke aane me aunty ka sath diya. Main dusri beti main Avneet ki baat hi nahin kar raha main meri twin sister ki baat kar raha hoon. Us nanhi si jaan ko aap khushi khushi orphanage chor aaye. Tab paap nahin kiya to aaj bete ko maar doge to kya hi paap hoga and if hua bhi to jaha do paap kiye hi hain na ek or sahi.
Listening to twin sister colours drained out of their faces.
Arjun: Kya bakwaas kar raha hain? Hum apni beti ko orphanage kyun chor aayege? Itne gaye guzre maa baap nahin.

Arjun (shout): Is tarah karte hain maa baap se baat.
Losing his calm. Siddharth too shouts in anger.
Siddharth: Maa baap ki baat aap to mat hi karo.
Arjun (shouts back in the same tone): Aawaz niche rakh ke baat kar baap hoon tera.
Siddharth (gritting his teeth): Mar gaye mere maa baap.
Seema (shocked): Ye kya bole jaa raha hain? Shant ho jaa aur tujhe ye kisne bola teri judwa behan ke liye. Aesa kuch nahin hain. Shant ho jaa.
He glared at his mother with his red blood eyes. This is a warning signal for Seema. He is an angry person. His anger scars Seema the most. As most of the arguments, he had with Seema while protecting. She is well aware of her son's anger limit. She shivered knowing he can lose his calm any moment.
Arjun: Kya isse chup kara rahi ho. Do thapar laga kar iska dimag thikane laga chaye. Vo do kaure ki ladkiyo ke liye maa baap se badtameezi kiye jaa raha hain. Hum hain ke iske maa baap. Ye kaun hota hain humse sawal karne wala.
That's it... He lost his calm. He held Arjun's collar. Seema and Rehana trembled at his action. Arjun became numb.
Siddharth (gritting his teeth): Do kaure ki ladkiya? Ye mat bhulna betiya aapki hi hain. If vo do kaure ki to aap bhi do kaure ka. Actually to baap ki vo bhi value nahin.
Seema was trying to separate them. She was so scared. Rehana ran to her home which is next one. She went to call her husband (Navin).
Seema: Chor Siddharth. Chor unko. Shant ho jaa. Shant ho jaa.
Siddharth didn't give a damn to her single word. His hold on his collar was tight. Rehana and Navin came inside pancking.
He tried to separate Siddharth and Arjun. Arjun jerked Siddharth's hand and made him leave his collar.
Navin (shout): Aese badtameezi baap ke sath-
Siddharth (cuts him): Aur haan aap chaaro ko mubarak ho. Jis beti ko khud aap orphanage chor aaye the na. Us hi ko Abhishek ke life me laye ho aap log.
Rehana (frown): Vaishnavi?
Just then Avneet came there.
Meanwhile with Abhishek,
He reached his home. Avneet and Vaishnavi were waiting for him only.
Avneet: Reports?
Abhishek (nodding): Ho gayi match. 4 baje surgery ke liye jana hain Siddharth ke and then Vaishnavi.
Both nodded.
Vaishnavi (small smile): Bhaiya is fine? I mean to be my donor?
Abhishek nodded.
Vaishnavi: Kya baat hain? I mean aap stressed lag rahe ho?
Abhishek: Sab theek hain.
Avneet: Sab theek hain to tu dull kyun lag raha hain? Surgery me koi complication hain kya? Siddharth? Vo kaha hain?
Abhishek: Vo kaam se gaya. Aa raha hain.
Avneet: Tu bata kya baat hain?
Abhishek was quiet for some seconds.
Vaishnavi: Bolo Abhishek?
She asked worrying.
Abhishek: Siddharth and Vaishnavi are twins.
Avneet and Vaishnavi gasped.
Vaishnavi: Nahin... Reports me kuch mistake hogi. Main orphan hoon mere parents ki death hui hogi.
She mumbles not believing.
Abhishek sat infront of her, cupping her face.
Abhishek: Siddharth and Mujhe already doubt tha ye log ne kuch kiya hoga aese or reports me kuch mistake nahin hain. Siddharth is your brother. You are Reem's elder sister and Reemi ki masi. Parents yes they are dead but you have your family, your brother. Reemi se itni jaldi attach kaise ho gayi tum? You guys are meant to be each other's mom-daughter. Reality me she is your sister's daughter. Your daughter.
Avneet: Abhi Sid? Kaha hain?
Abhishek (sighed): Apne parents se baat karne gaya hain.
Avneet (shocked): Shit! Gusse me vo apni health na kharab kar de. Main jati hoon.
She took the keys and ran from there. She drove off to Siddharth's parent's place.
